Hotel staffs are okay, what we hate most is the heater / hot shower on the bathroom, its not comfortable to use, you need to adjust if you want to have a warm shower, its not stable, the temperature goes up to 42 degress and if you want to warm the shower it goes down at 29 degress, so you need to adjust from time to time, it will not stick to 35degress. […] I think its not good enough. We called a housekeeping to tell this problem, they replaced the sensor knocking trice on the room and they use the hotel towel to clean their mess, after replacing the sensor still the same problem, guest will adjust from 42 down to 29 to 42 again to 29 if you want to have a warm shower. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the first day , we requested to make up our room while having breakfast, after breakfast weve seen 2 ladies cleaning the room, one lady at the small bar reading the chocolate box, she caught my attention and i just smile to her, we stay at the poolside 17th floor while waiting the room to be clean. "Affordable. One of the Best Newcomers for 2012."
I have no negative feedback at all. I paid a very amazing hotel at a very affordable rate. Room is clean, pool was small but good enough for a quick dip. "I would not stay here again."
I stayed here because it has a gym, pool and free wifi and is a new hotel. The rooms are very small, but nicely designed. Unfortunately, on my arrival I was told the gym was closed indefinitely as the roof was damaged from rain. On my second day, they closed the pool for a week. The wifi was to slow to use for my work, so that was strike three. The […] manager was mysteriously absent throughout, and left the bell staff to deal with complaints. Customer service at its finest. Though they're new they exert all effort to make you happy as a guest even if i'm just a local. Other hotel would simply ignore you. Here I feel the love. Our stay was just fine. The staff are young and helpful, but seem to lack the appropriate supervision some times. It's all about details for me. I get annoyed by a missing roll of toilet paper, or failure to sweep the tiled floort. Hazards of a new place with relatively young staff. Overall, the hotel is simple yet with elegance. However, i was not able try the swimming pool and gym due to the opening time of 7AM. Since my stay was biz, I had to leave early every morning. This was an excellent, reasonably priced boutique hotel convenient to all, as long as you described nearby landmarks such as other hotels like Alpha Suites to cab drivers, who are still unfamiliar with Cityscape's location. Another recent addition to "things to do in Cebu" is the Rainforest Park, very close down the road and whilst small, it's appropriate […] fun for children of all ages and has a unique aquarium restaurant. I had brought my fiance's family and they could not stop raving about the quality of the food and the first time in their lives that they'd participated in such an experience. I was especially struck by Cityscape's service oriented employees, who bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasant one. Their restaurant was also a great value as well including very prompt room service. The rooftop pool, while small, was elegant with one of the best views I've seen in Cebu.
