Confirtable spacious rooms with all facilities included. 2 drawbacks : location needing car to go to center and absence of any thing but dirty small low standard indian restaurants in the immediate surrounding. The breakfast served in the hotel is average and very expensive but you need a car to go taking your breakfast in a decent place elsewhere

The hotel is situated in Tourist Club Area (TCA), a central location in Abu Dhabi. The hotel was close most of the attraction that ABu DHabi had to offer. Near to Shopping malls and easily accessible by main road. I like the valet parking provided. Kudos. Keep it up.

Everything at this hotel was just right. The waterfront is only a 10-15 minute walk, they have a pool and a gym on the top floor. Three restaurants, clean rooms, and a great value for the price. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff, however have no local knowledge so would not even other asking them. This is a solid 4-star hotel for around a 3-star price. The location is a small drawback. It's un-walkable to any of the major attractions in Abu Dhabi. Also, decent restaurants are a long walk. I used to work with Ritz Carlton for long time, I haven't seen very poor staff like that. when I checked-in the lady was very helpful and nice to me and she covered all the standard of the check-in. the most disappointed when I checked-out, even the lady she didn't ask me, how was your stay!! and the check-in process took long time.

I was pleased to stay in this nice hotel. Everything was greatly comfortable . Very efficient and quick room service. All staff , except reception were very friendly and have a great passion of hospitality . The only aspect which I didn't like in my stay is the reception service. Well situated, clean, comfortable, great staff. Room service and housekeeping were a little slow to respond if at all. E.g. the y coul dnot provide an electrical adapter that would allow a laptop, a phone and a lamp to be connected at the desk. So I had to go and buy my own adapter! Small lobby, some times crowded. Very small parking area and pick up is some what difficult. Very good breakfast,included with you're stay. Location is near some tourist attractions.

The only down side of my experience was that during Ramadam the gym was converted into a prayer room as well and the swimming pool on the roof was closed due to the festivities. I stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2012. The hotel is in a fairly good location was well priced and I felt good value for money. I think that the hotel was basically quite new at the time I stayed and as such the staff were still a little unsure about certain things. The gym was pretty good.

前台的东欧的小姑娘很耐心，教我说最基本的三句阿拉伯语，有问必答。房间挺大，卫生间很大。最喜欢淋浴房里的大莲蓬头，水很大，像瀑布。后面就有一家Emirates 7 supermarket.
