I booked two rooms at Quest for about $70/night each, breakfast not included. There was a special to have the breakfast buffet for 500 Php (~$12.50) per person, per day, which my group did once. No complaints at all, this is a great buffet. The hotel has an outdoor, medium-sized pool on the 7th floor with a nice surrounding area to sunbathe in. My only […] complaint is that drinks at the swim-up bar are overpriced; at half the price they would probably more than triple their business. My favourite thing had to be the dinner buffet. This was easily the best buffet I've ever been to, filled with tons of options, beautiful desserts, different cooking stations, and so on. I think the value for money is very high. I was satisfied with the over-all service except for the long line in the check-in counter. I think it got me 30 minutes standing before I was finally checked-in (though I have already paid through the internet). Stayed at Quest Hotel for 2 nights. Front desk was very accommodating when I requested for an upgrade since I learned that their single bed is really good for one person. I have my 6 yr old daughter, thus the request for an upgrade and they upgraded me right away to a junior suite at no extra cost. Excellent location if you want to shop at Ayala mall or closer to port, business district or experience city life. Buffer breakfast was good but room it self was just okay. very tiny bathroom. Security is good and we felt very safe at this hotel.

I have a wonderful time, the Staff were very profissional and friendly. My room was always clean and well attended. When I checked-out I left my laundry behind but it was arranged by the hotel staff that I get it through my golf friends in Manila after three days. That was a very admirable effert from the hotel staff. Their service was, except door man, terrible.and very loud whole night. They didn't give me the room what I reserved, they tried to charge me phone bill i never used it. Worst part is no one apologized for it.

It was very clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly. The water in the shower took a while to drain so had to wait a little so it wouldn't flood. The air conditioner in the room was a little noisy but not so much that it kept me awake. Overall though the room was great. Lovely restaurant and great service.

This hotel is relatively new and in good condition. I had a full size bedroom and bath. Also, it is in a great location which is centrally located in Cebu City and also directly across from the Ayala Mall. My only complaint was the noise from the bar and street below. When we walked in, we were immediately impressed with the large, open concept, well-designed lobby. I traveled with 3 kids and grandpa, so there was lots of seating room while they waited for me to check in. The staff was extra friendly, from security to the front desk to the maintenance staff. The only "glitch" was that for a nice, 3-star hotel, our […] room didn't have a dental kit and we needed toothbrushes. Also, there were only two towels in the bathroom. Most hotels usually have more. Problems solved though with a call to the front desk, and someone came up to our room in less than 5 minutes with supplies! Premium bedding was a plus, too. Beds were plush and super comfy. Great hotel. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The lunch and dinner buffet in the hotel restaurant are not to be missed. Great food at low cost. The only downside is the frequent disconnection of the WIFI, and that was just a minor thing.

The best thing about the hotel is its location: it is just across the Ayala Center, which is the "main" mall in the City. No need to worry about getting lost or getting back. Checking in was a breeze. When we got to the room, we noticed the huge bed (we got a double bed), but what caught our eye was the intricate black design running down the middle […] of the comforter. The window gave out to the mall; not that we would spend much time looking out of it. The bathroom was not big, but it was very well-appointed and had complete amenities. The hair dryer made my wife's day! The other main attraction in my view is the swimming pool. It is small, nothing fancy, but there is a kids' pool and my two-year-old daughter loved it. The pool has no towel. What? its like having no rice in a middle of a buffet. Such a disappointment. The room was a little bit on the small side. we got two twin beds, for three adults, I had asked for 2 double beds, so for our daughter it was fine but the two of us kind of fell off he bed at night so it was kind of uncomfortable. In the future if someone asks for double beds the hotel should not go smaller..
