The nearby pub is excellent for evening meals but do make sure you book in advance if you want more than a bar meal as the restaurant is fully booked weeks in advance. Room didn't have a desk; it wasn't an issue but the blurb says that it does. Had a bath both nights and there was plenty of hot water. "Very Quaint and Historic"
If you like historic and interesting, this B&B will be right up your lane. Big Victorian-era reproduction clawfoot bathtubs, short doorways befitting the average height of people 400 years ago, unique furnishings, and very cordial hosts make this place different and pleasant. "Great for Silverstone and the car enthusiast"
We received a warm welcome from our resident hosts to their historic cottage. Our room was of a generous size, comfortably and sympathetically furnished to a good standard. There was a modern flat screen TV and tea/coffee facilities in the room. While we had exclusive use of a bathroom, access to this was via a communal landing so was not as convenient […] as an en-suite. Unfortunately, we didn't have a comfortable first night, due to only one pillow each, while my side of the bed felt as though it needed airing. We had returned fairly late from the Butchers Arms so didn't wish to disturb anyone by complaining. We found the extra pillows in the wardrobe the following morning - doh! The second night was fine! Breakfast was freshly prepared and appeared to be made from good quality ingredients. We were attending the Silverstone Classic so were relieved to find that there was plenty of off-road parking for our sports car. Manor Farm is well-placed for Silverstone but a top tip is to ask your hosts for the back-way avoiding the A43 and the 3 mile queues to get in! The local pub, The Muddy Duck, serves reputedly good food but this currently needs to be booked well in advance, so we were directed to the excellent Butchers Arms in nearby Fringford - just over a mile away. This is walkable but we would recommend a torch as there is no street lighting. "What a beautiful place!!!"
I never expected it to be a grand as it was. Gillian was a wonderful host, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the breakfast was faultless. We are definitely going back there to stay for a little longer. I highly recommend it.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju

"Manor Farm - ticks all the boxes and more....."
Due to my line of work (which incidentally is hospitality based) i spend a lot of my time living out of hotels and B&B's. Manor Farm is easy to get to, being close to the main motorway networks. The room i stayed in was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with free wifi, which is ideal for business or pleasure. Chris and Gill were very accommidating […] and agreed to wait up past midnight just so i could check in (something which many places will not do) I highly recommend Manor Farm and will be staying there again my self.
