Not ideal it you have family, doesnt have a bar like most hotel, far to quiet and out of the way, not many of the taxi drivers no where it is.

Had to take a smoking room although a non-smoking was requested in advance. Staff were unhelpful and room smelled very bad. Missing a shower curtain, hairs in the bath and on bathroom bench. Hotel is in an unappealing area of the city. Better hotels around for the money.

I booked the room after 6 pm and checked in at around 9 pm. I had a bit if of a problem at the reception counter because the booking was done after 5pm. During check out I was delayed for about 15 minutes because their system did not show the booking and payment. We wnjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, although quite small. The hotel had wifi internet access, but only in the lobby and restaurant. I was concerned when booking this hotel that there may be a catch to this hotel as it was the cheapest priced hotel in Abu Dhabi. Well I was absolutely thrilled when I got there as it was a new build built around 2010/1. It was clean, modern and my room was just perfect. Stunning furnishings and good in size. Better still I received good service from […] reception staff who although not that good at talking English were clearly friendly and keen to help. What I also liked was my visiting friends had plenty of places outside to park and I could even walk to a 24hour shopping centre which supplied me with home comforts and local Arabic foods. Noise levels were also minimum which contrasted well against a very bad experience I had in Dubai at another hotel. Actually this may ONLY be a 3 star hotel but with its current FREE internet deal it offered me so much for so little. To log into the internet, you have to get a password from the front desk, then you have to open the hotel's website in your browser to enter the password. If there is a problem, it may take their busy staff at least an hour to respond. Otherwise, there are computers and a printer in the business center. It's one of the cheaper Abu Dhabi hotels, but still expensive for a budget traveler. If you're looking for a hostel, the most similar thing in Abu Dhabi is Reem Village on Al Reem Island. Hotel staff very arrogant. The room had a strange odor, but nothing pungent. The room was clean, and quiet. We were on the 2nd floor, and didn't hear any noises from overhead. Overall, just fine for an overnight stay.

Bang in the middle of the financial district so easy access to most businesses. Hotel rooms are good size and perfectly adequate. Cleaning and upkeep is fine. Unfortunately, I arrived in Abu Dhabi very sick. Luckily, this hotel is very nice and being stuck inside for two days was ok. The staff was very nice. The internet connection was great. I didn't try the room service, but this is a great hotel and in a pretty convenient area.

I wasn't told about the parking situation and got a 200 AED parking ticket. They were not willing to compensate me for it, saying that I should have realized that I couldn't park for free......that was poor customer service and ruined my stay there....the hotel itself was a great bargain and in a very convenient location for shopping and going to local […] restaurants. Booked last minute for one night. Good location, room and great value. Very slow check in. Standard check out good at 2pm but they wanted 50% of daily rate to check out just 4 hours later. Locked me out of room and slow check out.

Je n'avais qu'une nuit à passer à Abu Dhabi avant de continuer mon voyage et j'ai choisi cet hôtel qui semblait être bien situé. Bon choix car il se trouve dans le centre, à 300 mètres du fort blanc (malheureusement en travaux lors de mon passage) et à +/- 800 mètres de la corniche. L'arrêt du bus de l'aéroport se trouve en face du centre commercial […] voisin (Madinat Zayed) qui se trouve à 150 mètres de l'hôtel (prix du bus, 4 AED, ligne A1, +/- 45 minutes). Chambre très spacieuse et propres. Internet gratuit (wifi) mais qui fonctionne mieux à la réception. Seul bémol, le personnel, bien que sympathique, ne connaît rien à la ville (j'avais demandé les heures d'ouverture de la mosquée Sheikh Zayed (à mi-chemin entre le centre ville et l'aéroport) qui est la chose à voir là bas et pour laquelle j'avais des informations contradictoires sur les heures d'ouverture (en fin de compte, c'est ouvert toute la journée et pas uniquement le matin, sauf le vendredi).
