Asked for iron so many times with no success. My male friends have been conned cash when outside calls can be put through direct . A police report was made so male guys taking a single room beware of calls asking for loan

I booked my families for 3 nights in EGI although i was not there they told me how they spend amazing time in EGI.Room is nice good ambiance,food is delicious,service crew are polite and friendly.It was a nice summer get away. :-)

The hotel gives the appearance of once being, or at least aspiring to be, a class-act five star resort facility. The main hotel building, restaurant and two pools were acceptable maintained, but certainly not up to expectations. There didn't seem to be many guests when we were there. There was much evidence of abandoned construction projects, as though […] the hotel had high aspirations but was unable to follow through. The staff, while friendly and courteous, we're not well trained and were unable to provide amenities or local information that you'd expect. The service and staff are fantastic. Nothing seemed to be a problem. However property a bit run down and he hotel restaurant caught fire whilst we were there. Also there is no internet avaliable in your rooms as indicated on booking site. It only works in the lobby.

Very nice place...Rooms were good size very modern, comfortable and clean. Hotel was super clean. Staff was very friendly and very responsive to needs. Area was always clean, controlled, and very safe. Location is where other more expensive hotels are located. For the price, it is a very good deal. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

This property needs maintenance. Much of it is being reclaimed by the elements. The ants are out of control and I am still working to control the infections they caused. If you stay here bring Neosporin and use it daily. The aviary is nice and the staff is good. The location is very good, on the Bay of LapuLapu.

Rooms are not quite what is advertised on the net. Toilet did not work, no water, but they did fix it. Public washroom's do not have toilet paper, you have to bring your own. Meals were good, staff was very accomodating and friendly. No ice in hotel for drinks. No face cloths , we had to buy our own. The hot water was not hot, it was warm. We had to […] buy our own toilet paper as there rolls are very small and may not last the day. They say they have wireless, but you have to go down stairs in main lobby to receive a good reception . In our room you had to sit by the door in the hallway to get even two bars on the computer. There was no shuttle service to or from the airport, where other hotels provided this. sea view room, but no slipper. Small private beach, 3 swimming pool is good. Hotel entertainment is high price. Noise always in room for many Korea pupils live here for study. Seems this hotel is Korea cooperation school.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area and many good restaurant close by,plenty of opportunity for good diving. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful when needed and overall I would say it is a good hotel for it's category,not 5 star but nice.

가격대비 무난한 리조트 였습니다. 위치적으로는 임페리얼리조트 옆이라 한국 식료품점 및 한식당들이 근처에 위치해서 편했구요. 룸 컨디션이 비슷한 가격대의 호텔에 비해서는 노후가 되긴했으나 전만적으로 무난한 리조트 였습니다. 호텔 직원들의 서비스는 좋았고 아침 조식도 괜찮았습니다.

空港や大きなショッピングモールからは少し遠いが、潮の満ち引き差を感じる事が出来る上、海のレジャースポットに近い事から、海が好きな人には最高です。

ハードはいたって普通だが、ソフトは最悪。セーフティボックスが部屋に無くフロントへ依頼したがFULLとの事で利用できず。ビーチは非常に狭く汚い。リゾート地に行ってリゾート感なし。徒歩100mの所に大型スーパーマーケットがあり便利。だが、二度と利用しないホテルです。

1月12日から2泊しました。ホテル自体は清潔で掃除も行き届いていました。立地条件もよく小さいながらプライベートビーチもあり敷地も広く、近くに新しいスーパーやマッサージ店もありました。 ただ残念なのはビュッフェスタイルの朝食は品数が少なくびっくりしました。あと便器の便座が割れていたのは直してくれなかったり、前の部屋の煙探知機がなりっぱなしだったり、たまたま来ていた韓国人の子供の団体がうるさかったりはしましたが全体的には値段のわりにはいいホテルだったと思います。

とてもプライベートビーチとは言えないですね、朝食もメニューが３っのなかから選ぶ長く滞在すると飽きますね。セーフティボックス、フロントにも無く驚きました滞在者は韓国の方が多く日本の方は少ないですね。スタッフは、皆親切でタクシー頼んだり、薬など買ってくるように頼むとするとすぐ対応してくれました。私、個人としては１泊税込7500円高いようなきがしました。話はそれますが、空港の白タク悪いですよボラレました。イエロータクシーに乗りましょう。

宿泊金額の割にはきれいで清潔感もありお値打ちだと思います。 朝食も付いており、さらにお得感倍増です。 ビーチ、プールは小ぶりですが、屋上にも小さなプールがあり見晴らしも最高です。 ホテルスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーです。

５階のオーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊しましたが特に景色が綺麗ということは無かったです。 ベランダが付いていますので、長期宿泊の方でしたらパスタブで簡単な洗濯をして干すことが出来ます。 近くにあるローカルマーケットの横に韓国系のコンビニがあるので飲み物や生活必需品はこちらで揃います。 湯沸しポットが部屋に付いているので温かい飲み物やカップラーメンも作れます。 ホテルの前でモルティキャブが簡単に拾えるので、使い慣れたらマクタン島内の移動は格安で済みます。 モルティキャブのドライバーに行き先を告げればそのバスが目的地に行くかどうか教えてくれます。 空港からも近いですし、フロントの方もとても親切なので、終日ツアーに参加するような旅行の場合には十分だと思います。 日本語が上手なおじさんスタッフが一人いる […] ので、何かと便利です＾＾ 余談 ゲートの横の芝生にヤギが数匹いて、滞在中に子ヤギが産まれました！ ガードマンに了解を得て芝生に入って抱っこさせてもらいました！ とっても可愛かったですよ＾＾ Pročitajte više
