Was nice hotel clean and pleasant staff, the only drawback is address it is hidden and difficult for cab and tuktuk to find it.

I travelled with my wife and two children who are 3 and 1... Simply one of the best hotel stays that I've experienced. The whole concept on which the hotel is run, around the needs of it's guests is superb. The staff go out of their way in all instances to ensure that our needs are catered for. Our allocated "DOMO" (personal assistant), Gayan assigned […] to my suit added to the experience of staying at a boutique hotel. An example of this was when he made coffee for my guests at 12am despite the kitchen and room service closing at 10:30pm. The only negative thing that I can think of is the slight but noticeable bad smell emanating from the drain in the bathroom and toilets. I must add however that this is in no way related to the cleanliness of the rooms but more to a slight design oversight during the renovation... one that can rectified. Will definitely go back. The hotel was a very special experience. Ancient and modern united together . The food is excellent and the staff all are very friendly. We had a very nice stay and would like to thank you very much again for the free upgrade to Business Suite.

Wow! A fantastic boutique hotel. On arrival we were greeted by our personal butler who was on hand for the duration of our stay. We were on our last night in Sri Lanka and on greeting us, with a lovely iced tea, we were then upgraded to an executive suite.... see the photos and read others reviews and believe! True luxury with fabulous attention to […] detail where old style colonial house meets retro-chic decor. Not long after we had arrived the first tremors of the Aceh earthquake were felt. A hotel meeting with full explanation of what to do just in case of a tsunami was issued along with more tea and coffee. Fortunately nothing did happen, but we were well looked after and it was good to hear that the instructions to guests were the same for all staff. A great experience from the HUGE bath to the swimming pool and spa via the best hotel breakfast I have had in along while, attentive service and a lovely relaxing experience, particuarly appreciated the laptop and printer abd stationery supplied in my room, a nice touch.

Although not a seasoned traveller whenever I travel I try to stay in higher end hotels (boutique or chain) but expect good value for my money. We initially stayed one night at Casa Colombo booked in at the traveller rate on Hotels.com, we extended our stay to three nights and they kept the same rate even though we were upgraded to a corporate room and […] didn’t book through the site. Even before they knew it was our honeymoon we received a free upgrade to a corporate room that was bigger than my London flat. All amenities I could hope for including a fantastic balcony based copper bath. Our excellent Domo was attentive without being a pest, the food was very good and considering the level of luxury in the rooms and the price of the accommodation the menu was very reasonably priced. You get so much more than the traditional huge hotels in Colombo for around the same price. So if you can afford it, or find an offer, definitely stay here. My friend and I stayed at Casa Colombo for two nights after touring Sri Lanka. We had already spent a few nights in Colombo at the beginning of the trip at another hotel. My husband and I were recently there for a few days as part of our honeymoon. All the rooms looked lovely anyway, but we were put in the Ebenezer Suite, which was a wonderful room with a separate lounge area. Very chique hotel, with huge and extremely well decorated rooms - the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Decent outside area for lounging by the pool too. On the negative side: the butlers are a little too full on and have a tendency to stay around a little longer than required, which we found just makes awkward. the hotel food menu is also a little […] basic and could do with expanding; what's on there is very nice though. As for the location, it's about 15mins in a tuk tuk the main Market are, Hilton hotel. To summarise, this is a great little hotel for one night at the most. This small boutiqehotel is the best we've ever stayed at. The interior design is fabulous in the whole building and in the pool area as well. All the staff is very caring and our own butler (Arrun) made the stay to be more than just a hotelvisit. Location is close to shopping, sightseeing and beaches. We would love to come back.

スタンダードを予約したのですが、なぜかアップグレードされていてラッキーでした。 ベッドルーム、リビング、バス、トイレ別と豪華な作りに大満足。1泊だけなのがとても残念でした。 ベッドルームには猫足のバスタブがあり、シャワーブースはまた別にあります。インテリアがスタイリッシュ・個性的なもので統一されていて、感動しっぱなしでした。1泊だけだと本当にもったいなかったです。 コロンボ・フォート駅からは6㎞位なので立地はイマイチですが、車があればアクセスは問題ないでしょう。
