I know that this is not a luxury hotel but it seemed very low budget to me. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They made the difference between my staying and switching to another hotel. The near deal breaker for me was that the bed was so sloppily made. The dust ruffle was off kilter and the bottom sheet wasn't tucked in on one side […] of the bed. I may be overly weird but it almost looked like someone had slept in it. At the very least, the fact that it was hurriedly made with little concern for standards was clearly evident. The manager was very nice, horrified and apologetic but that kind of ruined the cleanliness factor for me and I was creeped out even in the room they moved me to so I didn't sleep well. The AC is a bit loud but it was the bed that really caused my low rating. No more budget rate hotels for me for business trips! I was half asleep all day and that doesn't help me do my job very much. Perfect! I love this place... it was so close to the Alamo and Riverwalk without being directly on it. I love the large living space, closet, a hideaway bed in the sofa and separated mirror/sink area for the bathroom. Perfect for a growing family of 4 that need a bit more room for kids.

The hotel is very clean and modern, the beds extremely comfortable, the breakfast huge and great. It's within an easy to walk to the River and Alamo, but just outside the craziness of tourists.

The location was great. The continental breakfast was a very nice spread of food. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and nice. The colors of the hotel remind of Florida or something, but it was well maintained and very nice.

A nice hotel that was only a short walk to the Alamo. A mall was also within a few minutes walk away. The valet parking was a bit pricey but the people were very courteous and extremely helpful. The parking lot for the vehicles is directly behind the hotel and my room faced the lot making it comforting that I could see the vehicle at all times. The […] room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor and road noise was prominent but tolerable. The doors to each room are close together and at angles to each other and the noise coming from the hallway (doors closing/people talking) was a little annoying but not bad. I could hear water trickling through the walls when someone was flushing the toilet or taking a shower. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the water pressure in the shower was great. A sink with microwave and refrigerator were very nice touches. The tv rotated so whether you were on the bed or in the living room like area viewing the HD channels was not a problem. A nice pool and 24hr gym were nice eventhough I didn't use either. Both areas connected to the adjacent hotel. Breakfast was good with the average food choices to include scrambled eggs, waffles (at times made to order), some fruit, muffins, cereal, and a few other items. Traveled with my toddler, front desk refused to send a highchair to my room. They did send a play pen and other staff was friendly. They didn't offer to take my bags to my room

Fresh feeling, nice, very clean, plenty of rooms for double queen beds. I love the complimentary breakfast. 10 minutes walk to riverwalk & the alamo. There is a $10 overnight parking across the street. I would definitely stay here again
