This hotel is VERY close to two key metro lines (6&8) which, if you are not a walker, you will need to access to make your way around the rest of Paris. "Great little hotel in quiet part of Paris"
This hotel is very nice and clean with comfortable beds and close to metro station (Daumesnil) and bus #29 route. It took us just under 1 hour to take metro to CDG airport. Very nice staff with great continental buffet breakfast. It is in a quieter area of Paris close to some nice restaurants (le Petit Troo) and Boulangeries. The staff were very friendly […] and helpful getting us oriented. Also the A/C was very effective and quiet. The room was quiet even though we faced the street. A few negatives: the lift was noisy at times and the shower is really small, even for European standards. Overall a great experience for our five day trip to Paris. Pročitajte više
"Small, but comfortable"
Grand Hotel Dore is a lovely hotel with convenient location 50m away from the Metro with 2 lines. The English speaking staff was very friendly, though sometimes the English of the Autie was not very good. The hotel is clean and quiet, with everything we needed. But it was very very small. One double bed and it almost filled the whole room. One great […] thing I would like to mention is that we were able to cancel one day booking (because of flight delay), even though deadline had passed. In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay. "Not bad at all; a great balance."
I read the reviews in advance of my reservation so I had good expectations of this place. The location is really good - only 1 minute walk to the subway entrance. Breakfast is plentiful and in an all you can eat format, which is good because food in Paris is so expensive. The dining area only has 4 tables of 4 though, so you may share your breakfast […] table with others - not a big deal though. The rooms are clean and for me, and that's the most important thing. I don't mind that they rooms are small, but there was only one electrical outlet in the whole room, and it wasn't in the bathroom so every night when we had to recharge our devices, there was some juggling around to do. As well, you won't be able to use your razor in the bathroom where there a mirror. The biggest downside (and why I didn't give 5/5) is that you could hear the subway clearly the whole night every time it passed under the hotel. We were on the "first" floor, so maybe if you're higher it's OK. Anyway, we were so tired everyday it didn't bother us that much. All in all, I would definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in town if the price is right! Pročitajte više

Hotel bien situé a proximité du palais omnisport de bercy acceuil et service sympas.Dans la chambre ou nous étions on sent le passage du métro mais rien de génant pare contre la salle de bain pas pratique du tout ( toilette trop pret du mur et douche trop petite ( une personne imposante ne tient pas dedans).
Chambre agréable et service très bon domage que l'insonorisation ne soit pas de bonne qualité j'étais au 1er étage et on sentait le métro qui passe sous l'hotel.

Hyggeligt lille hotel i hyggelige omgivelser. Personalet var gode til at tale engelsk og var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet udemærker sig ved at ligge klods op af en metro. Bortset fra lidt trange forhold på selve hotelværelset, kan hotellet kun anbefales.
Das Hotel ist angenehm, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig (gegen den Hof gelegen) etwas klein, wie in Paris eben üblich, das Badezimmer modern und angenehm. Die Umgebung ist ausserordentlich anziehend - mit vielen kleinen Läden und Cafés und Restsurants - will man den Touristenströmen entgehen.
