The staff and security we're great at this hotel, but the standard rooms we're just too small! Especially the bathrooms! It's more a hotel if your going to party not to relax, as the roof top pool always has a dj playing and it's really loud you can hear it in the room!

I wouldn't say it's a luxury hotel but it was a very comfy stay. The cleanliness and the services of the staffs amazed me. The location of this hotel was amazing I cant exaggerate enough, it was within walking distance to sky garden, bounty club, paddy's bar & all the other main club's & bar's they all are within 100 metre distance to the hotel, you could even walk to poppie's lane 1 & 2 for shopping. so many places to eat from & they all varied in prices from really cheap […] cocktail's & food to the more pricey ones. The staff were all so welcoming an so helpful I lost my phone in a taxi an they were trying there hardest to find it for me, even a few day's later they were still asking me if I had any luck. the only let down I had was the room's they are very small but then again I paid for the cheapest superior & it was only me an my friend & we weren't there much, but I had other friends who stayed in a more expensive room an there's was immaculate abit more spacious. I had a lovely night's stay for the one night I was in Kuta. I wish I would have stayed more than one night, but I already had reservations in village of Ubud for the rest of my stay in Bali. reasonably priced hotel & clean hotel. Perhaps more people in the front to assist you with things like getting a taxi? and recommendations for a good place to eat? It took me ages to get a taxi on the day I was due to fly back home, was not fun standing in the sun with a heavy suitcase. Their rooftop pool is very nice though.

When first checked in, was given a room with such a tiny bathroom your knees would be inches away from the sink when using the toilet. There was also construction going on next door. Construction that started at 6am everyday. When asked to change rooms it took 3 days to do so. Room service was also not so great. When asking for things such as extra […] towels or power adapters it would take over an hour to arrive. When ringing back to ask if it's coming they blatantly forgot that we had rung in the first place. I would not recommend eating or drinking there either. Mainly because for the amount you pay the quality is not there. You are better off going out. There are some good points however. Location is good, just a short walk to kutas nightlife. The pool area is very nice. Once we were finally given a new room things did improve. There was no more construction and finally had a sizable bathroom. If you are single and travel here with friends there is definitely potential as we met alot of new people. Unfortunately though the slow service combined with high prices for things in general probably means I wont stay there again. I paid 165000 rupiah to wash 7 items. This was a very nice hotel for the price. The breakfast buffet was GREAT! Lots of selection every morning. The pool was small and too crowded most of the time. The beach was a good 20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was a little too noisy at night. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the staff was exceptional.

Rooms are a little small but still comfortable and clean. Aircon works great and small bar fridge for cold drinks. Pool area is small but again nice and clean and rooftop gives good views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to everything Would definately stay again

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean. The pool area is beautiful and the food is superb. The only comment I can make is the rooms are extremely small.The bathroom you cant move around in and the room itself is hard to monouvre even a suitcase. The photos on the web do not clearly show the actual size and are very defying.

Very friendly, helpful and informative staff who knew a decent level of English, so they were able to help us book tours and activities. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, as hotel is situated on the main street, so walking distance to shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, minimarts, beach and very easy to hail taxis. The only bad experience (which is NOT related to our hotel experience in any way) was getting ripped off at a money changing place who did some sneaky sleight of hand tricks, so make sure you count your money before you walk away. And if you do come across this, call the tourist police. However,the day before we had to leave, we did find a legitimate western union money changing place a few shops down from the hotel. We arrived on August 3rd and sent 6 nights at this hotel. It is central to clubs markets and kuta beach. Staff are amazing 5star.. always smiling and happy to help you with any problem you may have or any request you may ask of them. Even the cleaners look as if they enjoy there job. The room was a standard room and was on the 2nd floor it was a lil […] tiny we could just fit our suitcases in to the rooms however we were just there to sleep shower and get changed so it was not a problem.. Was always cleaned well, And if you hang the privacy hanger on the outside door they respect this and slide a note under your door giving you a number to call if you want your room cleaned or any ammenities. Roof top pool was fantastic they hold pool partys on Wed, Fri and sundays i think it was. There is a live Dj, an all you can eat BBQ and cheaper drinks.. Great place to chill out and enjoy a drink and music only goes from 4pm-11pm .. They have a movie night on tues and give out free popcorn this happens up on the roof top.. they always have activites for each night you are never short of things to do. Breakfast was always nice nothing to complain about at all here.. we are in our early 50's and fit so location of this hotel was perfect for shopping, great morning short walk to beach, sunsets on the rooftop. We totally rate the 101!! Had a great stay in a cool, well appointed hotel. Great roof top pool and bar, sweet cabanas to enjoy the sunset. Excellent location and lovely to come home to after being out in all the Kuta bustle. Top marks on buffet breakfast. We will stay here again on the way out of Bali.
