Eastwood Richmonde Hotel - Quezon City

It was beyond my expectation. The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the Richmonde hotel in Eastwood City is very nice. I gave it a 3 for room comfort, because the air conditioner was loud and it seemed that it had only one setting - high. Overall, the hotel was very nice, the staff were all friendly and very helpful. Great location, too.

I've stayed at the Eastwood Richmonde three times, and the hotel has consistently provided: friendly, prompt service; clean and comfortable rooms; and well-maintained amenities. The staff are extremely helpful. Very courteous and always have smile on their faces. One of the ceiling lights in the bedroom was busted. Ten minutes after I reported the problem to the switchboard the servicemen were in the room and changed the bulb. Vey prompt and again very courteous guys.

Amazing hotel! amazing staff very genuine,kind and 100% effort from all of them. However wasn't all rainbows and sunshines..my stay was booked for 8 nights and 9 days, everything was amazing including our view until on the 6th night at around 2am the pipes in the toilet gave in and it was gushing hot water out to the point where our toilet floor was […] actually flooding! room service rushed upon call and took about 5 mins to fix it, once they left the aircon started leaking to the point where it wet everything underneath it including my suitcase that was open containing my passport! called room service and requested to move to another room as it was late in the morning, they didn't have any of the same deluxe rooms available so they moved us to a higher class one bedroom suite with 1 king bed and 1 single bed..we needed to split the beds as there were 4 ppl (2each) in the deluxe room we had 2 queens. they said they can arrange to bring in another bed and they did, these beds were hard as rock and gave us sever back troubles due to this fact, after arousing this with management they advised us that they didn't have any other beds, so our stay for the remaing nights was not very pleasant but the pleasantess and attitudes of the staff made us turn a blind eye. upon check out the receptionist had stopped us because they could not find a towel from the apartment pretty much accusing us of taking it. The hotel was actually quite nice... biggest issue being that they rely on those in line DX air conditioners, so obviously the room smells like mildew, everything is constantly wet, signs of water damage / mold and you've got this noisy air conditioner blowing all over you all night. Richmonde at Eastwood is one of the best hotels we stayed in ever. It's sleek interiors, great location (next to great Eastwood mall and restos) and affordable rates make it my all time favorite to date! I reserved a car from the hotel to pick me up at the airport. The car never arrived. When i asked the Avis guy to call the hotel,I was told it would take 45 to 60 mins to arrive. When i arrived at the hotel, by taxi, no apology was given for the car screw up. They checked me into a room which was not clean. The previous guests dirty towels on the floor, […] unmade bed etc.I was made wait for 30 mins before getting a clean room. I had to call down for towels, toilet paper etc. The most annoying thing must be the elevator key. Mine did not work on multiple occasions, when i went to the reception they told me, "oh, it won't work because you have checked out". I explained, that not only have i not checked out, but i am checked in for another two days. On several occasions, after being out all day, i returned to find my room not made up.I had left the "please clean room" sign on the door handle. I waited 45 mins in the lobby while they cleaned my room. Laundry service is a joke. I was told if i had it picked up before 10am it would have it back by 4.30pm, when i returned to my room, which had not been cleaned. There was no sign of my laundry. I called reception, laundry arrived, still damp, my fiance's bra was broken a hole suddenly appeared in a shirt. I was given the usual blank stare when i notified staff. I have been all over Asia, USA & Europe and i have never experienced such bad treatment in a hotel. I will be back in Manila in April and June. But not at the Richmonde. Pročitajte više

very good hotel in a nice and convenient location. clean rooms and bathroom. bed was soft and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet, very nice room. Just had to call housekeeping as room was not made up the next day until around 4 p.m. Before I checked out, I found a cockroach scurrying about in the bathroom, ugh. There was a door in the bathroom leading to some pipes, door would not close completely - roach must have come from there.

Superior room smelly. 1 bedroom suite goes with free cockroach. Super comfy bed. Cafe tables are flimsy and not recommended for kids. Great affordable rates. Connected to a mall. Nice swimming pool and gym. Great hotel reception area. Smells like ilog Pasig. Traffic incoming and outgoing.

It is a convenient hotel if you are traveling around this area and in this case, it works for me. Hotel staff are friendly and eager to please. The dealbreakers for me has got to be the switches for the lights and the individual air-con unit in the deluxe room. The room temperature cannot really be adjusted to my liking with the unit and it gave […] out a foul smell at times. It could be me but I had a hard time figuring out the switches and turning off the lights for bedtime. It has a shopping mall right beside it and plenty of restaurants and pubs for food and drinks. Traffic from Eastwood City to Makati Greenbelt will take you about 25 - 30 minutes (smooth ride with no traffic) and about an hour to the international airport in the afternoon traffic with a few traffic in between. I would probably not be staying here again for my next trip to Manila. Still, if you are not a fussy camper and wanted a location near to Eastwood, this is worrh your consideration. Cheers and enjoy. Wife and I spent 7 nights in a 1 BR suite with breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Security cameras everywhere made us feel safe. Reason why we stayed at Richmonde is because we thought we'll have a good experience at your hotel but we were wrong. My wife checked in at one of your suite that had an electricity problem. lights and all electricity sockets were not fuctioning. the night we arrive at our room after our wedding, we had to call room service to get it fixed but as per […] the maintenance who checked the circuits, it may take a while for them to fix it so we decided to be transferred to a different suite which is really inconvenient for us because my wife and i are really exhausted with the wedding party. we thought that we could relax when we get back to our room but as it turns out, it was a disaster as we packed up all our things so we can transfer to a different suite! when we transferred to a smaller suite we didn't complain. the room where we transferred to had 1 big cockroach crawling around the room. it was really disgusting to stay at a beautiful hotel knowing that you guys are conducting fumigation on the other floors. When we booked online, we booked for 2 smoking room but when we arrived at the reception, we were told that all smoking room are not available due to fumigation of those floors where smoking room are in but there were able to sort it out. they sent an ashtray to both of our rooms and told us that we can go ahead and smoke in the room where we are assigned in. (Good Job for sorting it out) if these thing never happened, it would have been a great vacation.. the bathroom is very nice and clean. i enjoyed having 2 flatscreen tv and 1 dvd player in our room. it would have been much better if there's also dvd player inside the bedroom. food is great. room attendant are very friendly and courteous. I decided to stay in Quezon instead of Manila. Very lucky decision. Manila is pure Chaos with foul air. The Richmonde was pleasant and I believe that I received fair value for my dollar. The Hotel Staff were all very helpful, cordial and attentive. The Hotel is surrounded by low - mid range shopping malls and fast food outlets. I walked out of a Fish […] Restarant when they tried to "bait" and switch menu items. Security is everywhere but I felt very aware that I am 6'1" with white legs. The Hotel needs to invest in a few vacuum cleaners and use them. Room service was prompt and clothes cleaning service was fast and fair. The fitness center is excellent and the pool was refreshing. The Hotel Lounge is "OK". "Very LOUD". Louder is "not" better. Mixed drinks were very poor quality. Over-all, I was pleased with my first trip and will stay at the Richmonde on my next trip. 今回初めてケソンシティに宿泊しました。今まで利用したパサイやマラテのホテルと比べて、ホテルの周りは飲食店が多くショッピングにも便利である。宿泊客は外国のビジネスマンがほとんどで日本人向きのサービス（日本語新聞や日本円の両替）はない。新しいホテルの割に通路やテラスの汚れや損傷が目立った。観光で行く方にはお薦めできない。

Das Hotel war spitze. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis super. Ich würde das Hotel als 5 ***** einstufen. Wir waren im 21 Stock und hatten eine schöne Aussicht. Das Hotel ist ein Jahr alt und dementsprechend mit den neusten technologien ausgestattet. Leider koste das Wifi was. Ebenfalls negativ war, dass mein weisses Handtuch mit einer Aufschrift in die […] allgemeine Wäsche ging und dementsprechend nicht mehr auffindbar war. Habe reklamiert und dem Hotel nochmals geschrrieben. Kein Antwort. Na das nächste mal muss ich glaub ein rotes Badetuch mitnehmen.
