Overall great experience. Enjoyed espresso maker in room. VERY comfortable bed. Great pool deck with reasonably priced short-order restaurant/bar. One negative point worth mention... We were charged over $18 USD to make 2 LOCAL calls!!!! This is just rude.

Mr.Trump, your hotel was the most fun of all the hotels you owned that I stayed. The views were phenomenal! The ocean is the Pacific, but I saw the sun rise from the East--what a trip! Plush, quiet, and various accommodations were worth the price of admission! Will consider staying there again (for work or pleasure, either way for me is okay)!

Great experience. Unique rooms, with bathtub located in the center of the room. Balcony gives a great view of the ocean on two sides. Very accomodating staff, except that we failed to receive a wake-up call one morning. Room service was excellent in preparation and presentation, with good food on room services and at the various resturants.

The housekeeping was very inconsistant. The room was often not cleaned until after 2 PM and required a call to get someone to do it. Shampoo and soap were often not provided, but after leaving a note we received two viles of shampoo. The food at the restaurants was very good.

We checked in on Christmas eve for a 4 day vacation. The Trump Hotel had a Christmas eve party that started at 11pm and did not end until 6 in the morning! It was so loud that we were not able to sleep the entire night. It was similar to trying to sleep in a nightclub bathroom. The Trump Ocean Club was amazingly clean and luxurious. The room was nicely furnished. I especially enjoyed the shower and my wife enjoyed taking baths in the tub. The staff were very caring and most of them spoke English. The restaurants were also great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Impressive building with contemporary setting. Room had water damage on the floor and mold in the shower. Wouldn't be a big deal but for a new, 5 star hotel, disappointing.

We stayed one night in there. It was a great place, one of the best during our 10 day South America trip. We would definitely choose to stay in there again when we are in Pananma next time.

The Hotel itself is beautiful, among the best in Pananama. The Hotel is a little far from the old downtown, but in the newer "punta Pacifica" area. The Hotel staff is accomodating but poorly organized, items ordered to Hosekeeping take hours to get to your room, and you have to do several call backs. I lost some of my clother to the housekeeping staff […] and they were never found as the Hosekeeping staff is NOT 24hrs. as most 5 star hotels have and hence the hotel offered to pay for it , but was not found. the Bath in the middle of the room is hockey! The room is not layed out well. The faucets for the shower are poorly placed so that you get doused with cold water before shower begins. Hotel does not warrant extra cost that is charged!

Certainly the best food, the shower area is dangerous, and apparently after reporting this is being fixed and accidents have happened, and the actual toilet area is not private and terrible, but I still rated it a 4 as the rest does make up for it, shame!

Really nice neighbourhood, away from the bustle of the city. Ocean views add to the charm. The food is a bit pricy, the poolside was very nice.Strange thing was that the store downstairs sell hundreds of ladies swim suit and zero for men!

The hotel is everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel to be. From bell boy, concierge to front desk staff, guests are taken care of and well attended to. Everything in the room from expresso machine to bathrobe are good quality. If you want a local experience, this isn't it. If you want a familiar santuary in a city that could be overwhelming […] and exhausting at times, this could be a very comfortable or even luxurious safety blanket. Don't expect to pay less because you are in Panama City. Everything in the hotel cost the same as at home. A local taxi driver laughed humourly after finding out that we were staying at the Trump. He said " you are in big trouble". He told us that as soon as Taxi drivers hear "Trump", they would quote us higher taxi fare than they typically would charge. The art of taking Taxi in Panama would deserve a complete book, so I won't get into that here. Just be prepared to pay for staying at a premium hotel with high visibility and reputation. Everything was fantastic. Great staff and great hotel. There is another tower being built right next door so depending on the side of the hotel you are on you can expect a lot of loud noise and drilling that the hotel windows and doors simply can't prevent. Please ask to stay on the other side of the hotel away from the construction site.

The Trump hotel in Panama is an excellent place to spend a few days in the city of Panama. The hotel is not really that close to other attraction, so taxi service in this city is a must. I enjoy my stay and the hotels pool area is second to none. The bars and resturants were a litte disappointing, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Very very soft matress. No housekeeping on the last day. I slept three days at the hotel, the last day no housekeeping. Reason the hotel's occupation very high. Wow this is the first time in my life this happens to me. No blackout in the room. For the price a lot better options in Panamá.

The Trump Ocean Club is first class all the way. Great room, great service, great pool area and restaurants. The views from our room was also great with one balcony looking out at Panama City and the other the Pacific Ocean. Many of the staff speak both English and Spanish as well.

BUT the room was not clean the bathroom had USED toiletries with a hair stuck to one of the bottles. It took almost 12 hours a visit to the front desk & then another call to housekeeping 12 hours later for the bathroom to be cleaned!!!! The flush-with-the-floor […] shower leaked thru the glass wall with the water heading towards the door. I had to use all the towels and bathrobe to sop up the water on the stone floor or risk slipping.
