Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. personnel was helpful and pleasant. The hotel however, was lacking of free (2) water bottles usually provided for a hotel of that class. The breakfast is also very slow, about 25 minutes wait !... The hote has a great location in town; close to Mall and Baywalk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have booked my first 2 nights under my wife's name because my wife was going to be there first. When she got there, they told her that she didn't reserve the room that she wanted it. Honestly, i didnt see any of the things that some of the reviewers, are talking about. this is the philippines and this is ermita, if this is your first trip there it will be shocking to see what goes on. but as far as the hotel itself it was great, i liked my room was kept cleaned every day, the staff washed my dishes, changed my towels and sheets […] and nothing was ever missing, even upon checkout i had left a usb stick and they asked if i needed it before i left, how many other hotels would let u know and keep it for themselves. only thing i wished it had was a tv in the living room area, other than that it was a good place to stay while i was there. directly accross from a casino, down the street from a karaoke place, block away from a mall, what else could u ask for, the only thing i didnt like was when the doorman asked my companion if she was a short time, but thats understandable. i enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again if the price was a bit cheaper, but overall a good place to stay. also, go around the block to a place called Ka Freddies, nice little bar with friendly staff and good prices, minimal cover charge but worth it, Freddie Aguilar is the owner and is an icon in philippines, super friendly and great music on the weekends Pročitajte više

When we arrived at the hotel the room that was booked was wrong which is one queen bed for four person. I was disappointed since we won't fit in one bed. So we decided to just get two single bed because we do not want to make additional payments. The moment we arrived in our room the management decide to give us bigger room and two double beds without […] additonal payments. The hotel was so accomodating that they make sure that their costumers will be comfortable in their stay. Their staff are so polite, respectfull, smile in their face , clean, AWESOME place to relax. Very good...am happy with their services. Might stay there again the next time i come back to Manila. Airport transfer can easily be arranged for a minimum cost. Staff are very accomodating and helpful. Airconditioner did not work so well, bed is so hard not comfortable at all. Make sure you will not carry clothes that needs ironed, no iron is available.

The hotel is old, the air condition makes a noise together with the noise of the people in the street talking and the noise from the traffic, we couldn't sleep at all. The only thing we like is it's close to the Robinson Department Store.

５日間滞在しましたが、観光で行かれるにはもってこいの場所です。ショッピングモールやナイトスポットどこへいくにも徒歩圏内。ただ、携帯の電波の入りが悪くwifiも１時間100ペソと高額なのが少し難点。周辺の地域のホテルも携帯の電波は入りずらい洋です。あと、プール等はないのでカップルやリゾートを楽しみたい方はおススメできませんが、料金と場所重視で行かれる方にはおススメです。

飛行機の遅れで到着が夜半過ぎになったせいか、チェックインしてみると部屋がないといわれました。ただ、空いている上位の部屋があったので、追加料金なしでアップグレードしてくれました。キッチン、バスタブつきのスーペリアルームでした。部屋は広いですが、ベッドは普通のダブルサイズです。マラテのKTV密集地帯にあるので夜遊びには困りませんが、表から出入りしてるとパロパロはすぐにバレるので要注意です。

以前から何度も利用していますが、この料金でバスタブのあるホテルが他に見つかりません。　そして今回から部屋にセーフティーボックスと湯沸しポットが設置してありました。携帯の電波が入りづらいのとwifiが有料なのは相変わらずですが、他は満足です。
