Following a cruise, we decided to stay an extra day in Santiago. This hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport. However, it is in an industrial area, so there is little local to see. Excellent hotel - if you want somewhere close to the airport this is ideal as there is a free shuttle to and from the airport and its cheaper than the other hotels nearby for the same quality!

This is an excellent hotel! The transportation to the hotel is free and available at all times. Very close to the airport. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and from the inside. The check in was super fast, one person handled 5 guests in less than 5 minutes. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was very good they […] just need to improve a little with the servers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back there. I really don;t understand why it has low reviews. The hotel is NOT a 4*, more like a 2 *' but it is close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle. They did not deliver our wake up call.

staff spoke virtually no english and having assured us on arrival that we were prepaid then hassled us to pay in the morning as we were leaving fro an early flight. we had to pay a second time due to lack of language and despite previous assurance on arrival that it was prepaid. Now we have to check credit card and follow up for refund if applicable. […] Puts you off booking this way as the staff were very aggressive that we should pay again although we were prepared to leave credit slip in case it was needed. This hotel is a good hotel for the money. It's right in the hart of the local action. Day or night. It is in the middle of the strip so you can go ether way. 2 blocks from the beach. A great breakfast. I would stay there again.

Veldig bra hotell for overnatting på vei fra Oslo til Påskeøya. Nær flyplass. Stille og rolig. Fin ,skyggefull liten have med basseng. Perfekt sted for mitt behov. Vil velge samme sted hvis tilsvarende reise!

Kort vei fra flyplassen. Rent rom med deilige senger. Hyggelig hage med svømmebasseng. Fikk beholde rommet hele dagen før vi skulle videre. Fint sted å slappe av før en lang flyreise. Området rundt er bare veier og bygninger, så man må holde seg til hotellet, men det var vi forberedt på.

Agradable. La atención del personal es buena, la cercanía con el aeropuerto es muy conveniente, como también el servicio de transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

El hotel es bueno, la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, ya que encontramos bello púbico en el baño. El recepcionista que nos atendió el dia de llagada muy pesado y pedante, al parecer esa persona no entiende que su función, al contrario, la persona que coordino nuestro traslado al aeropuerto, muy amable y gentil.

Es un hotel simple, donde uno duerme si tiene que volver rapido al aeropuerto, que inicia su desayuno a las 4AM y que tiene transfer gratis al aeropuerto. Cumple con su funcion, que existe hilton y holiday inn como competencia, le permite tener una tarifa mas alta de la que merece.

Hotellet var fint - god standart, godt med morgenmadsbuffet allerede fra kl 4 og shuttle til lufthavnen hver halve time. Dog ligger hotellet ikke så godt, hvis det er byen, man er ude efter. Det ligger langt ude og det område, der ligger tættest på, er ikke det bedste. Værelset var stort og rent med tv og stor seng.
