loved this hotel, however expected me to pay £50 per night!!! for a single bed for my daughter. Never have never been asked to pay for an extra bed in any hotel before. Really disappointing for a 5 star hotel

What a lovely hotel, as opulanet as you could imagine with staff that make you feel very special. The restaurants are lovely with many locals eating in them for a night out or business meeting (always a good sign). Not cheep but you get what you pay for! Our stay at the hotel was great - the decor of the hotel and the rooms is lovely, the beach and pool area is great and the staff were very friendly. I was a bit disappointed to learn […] from my husband that he had contacted the hotel in advance to let them know that it would be my Birthday on the day of our arrival to ask for options to make it special (he was thinking flowers and champagne and happy to pay for both) but they replied to say they would take care of "making it special", but they actually did nothing at all - not even a happy birthday!! Also - the prices at the hotel were in my view extortionate - but then everything in Dubai is expensive for us Brits currently! It was also slightly out of the way for anyone wanting to experience all parts of Dubai - being at the bottom of the West Crescent meant that it took a while to get to any restaurants in Downtown Dubai - although the Marina was nice and close. Overall I thought the decor, staff and quality of the pricey food made up for the downsides - and would recommend to anyone looking for a good balance between city break and beach holiday. Love, love, love this place! I didn't want to leave. It is a stunning hotel, but the service was really spectacular. I arrived very early, 8 am and only had a short wait on my room. The staff are amazing. We traveled with our 18 month baby and they were so accommodating - food for her was free which was great. When she was sick in the middle of the night due to a bug she caught in the plane, house keeping turned up and changed her cot for us straight away and washed her clothes. We had to move rooms twice - first time due to noise […] from an adjoining room (don't get any adjoining rooms!) and second time because we were in a room next to a couple who disrespected the rooms and were smoking - the smoke somehow came into our room! Also, the drains smelt quite bad in the bathroom. They gave us a Suite for our last two nights which was nice. We couldn't bath our baby as there are no 'normal' baths in the rooms - in particularly the Grand Deluxe Doubles and the Suites. Also, I had to wash my child's bottles in the bathroom sink and then go back to sterilzing everything afterwards (she is 18 months old!) because the water isn't filtered and is contaminated with bacteria (most places are like that). The hotel kindly gave me a sterilizer to make it easier for me. Overall, I think we would stay at the hotel again. We are just being particular. Pročitajte više

We stayed here for 6 nights and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was fabulous and the service in the room was extremely good, serviced morning and evening. This is a wonderful Hotel. A palace. However it is difficult to get to. Not close anything with the possible exception of Aladin, and you can't even get there without transportation. Beautiful hotel and fantastic service. Rooms a very well appointed and beech is great. You are out on the crescent so if you wanted to go to other areas of Dubai, walking is out of the question. Would stay here again!

It's a nice hotel and the bells and whistles are there for things that really don't make your stay feel more comfortable or luxurious. For example, although the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted by staff at every turn greeting you or trying to help you, when you really need help it is not forth coming. I had people falling over themselves […] to put towels down on my lounge chair but when the sun moved and I wanted the umbrella moved so I could be in the shade suddenly it was no one's department. Or the rooms - they are very nice. But the pillows are these huge synthetic bricks. I asked for softer feather pillows and got the same pillows but it seemed someone pulled half the insides out. Also, when I made reservations I asked for a quiet room on a high floor. They gave me a room on the first floor next to their service station! I also asked them to make restaurant reservations but they could not as it was their central reservation and they could not even transfer me to make the reservations. Only drawback were the staff in the lobby coffee car, sometimes a little moody. However, a little minute blemish on otherwise a well run and friendly outfit. Bewarned, hotel is at least 30 mins away from Sheikh Zayed Road.

All the hotel staff made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for you. All the facilities were excellent, especially the Talise Spa. They even have a snow room there! Atlantis, så er Zabeel Saray et godt valg. Det er også rigtigt lækkert med tilgang til wi-fi Internet uden nogen form for begrænsning, der er desuden en god båndbrede […] der gør det muligt at lave fornuftige video opkald via skaype. Rundum ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub. Preise dürfen einen nicht überraschen. HP lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, wenn nicht sogar VP, da die Preise schon recht saftig sind. Kinder erwünscht, wenn auch der Pool nicht allzu viel bietet... Dafür strenge Lifeguards, die auch Spassbremsen sein können.

L'hotel e' situato sulla palma jumeirah, anche se non proprio centrale per raggiungere le varie attrazioni che Dubai offre basta prendere un taxi e con pochi euro tutto e' a portata di mano, visto l'esiguo prezzo di questo mezzo di trasporto a Dubai. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel non si può pretendere di più, il servizio e' curatissimo, ti coccolano come […] se fossi un ospite speciale. Le nostra camera era di dimensioni incredibili e curata nei minimi dettagli oltre a questo il pezzo forte era il bagno, con una vasca in marmo per due persone.
