Very close to Trevi and Spanish Steps, Room was little smaller than I thought, but overall very nice. Great breakfast in mornings.

Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps that is easily accessible to all major landmarks of Rome. The actual hotel is still taking over space in the building and is building out the hotel section-by-section... During our 2 night stay we saw our floor of the hotel go through major renovations... Morning no carpet... Evening all new carpet... etc... […] Construction work started around 7 AM and our windows looked into a dark and dirty "courtyard" that only amplified the noise of the construction. Loved this hotel. Very central 30 min walk max to all major sights and couple of mins from metro at Spanish steps. Modern decor well equipped room with big comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great lots of choice and never too busy.

The hotel was an amazing central location and great access to all the major sights, the rooms are comfortable and kept very clean by the daily visits from the staff. The only issues were that the hotel was going through renovations when we were visiting and this did at times make most of the communal areas untidy and the lift was not always accessible […] to guests in the hotel which would have been great to get to the breakfast room which is situated on the fifth floor. The hotel are getting remonted. It is a lot of dust in the breakfast area and in the halls. But th rooms are nice and clean. We had a room in 2 floor over the entrance. The workers started 06 in the mornings. There is also workers across the street remonting a appartment. Breakfast are okey but I was missing warm eggs. The eggs looks like they have […] been boiling for 15-18 minutes. Some dust because remonting. If you want coffee other then on the can, just ask the staff and they will make for you. We had with us a 2 1/2 month old baby. And therefore we had with us a babywagen that just fitted in the wery small elevator. If you are over 190 cm high then you have some problem with the beds. The beds are just 190 cm long and wery hard. I am 193 cm and had a problem. The staff where nice at all time. The location on the hotel i perfect walking distance from all what is nice to see. I am not impressed by the food the restaurants in the main turist streets are making and it is better to find some hidden restaurant where the food are better and much cheeper. Just as we read in other reviews, the elevator was very small but we did manage to fit in along with our luggage. There still was some construction at the building's entrance but it wasn't bothersome and the workers were nice. I would have gave a "5" for our room comfort but the first 3 days, our air conditioning wasn't working properly so it was really […] warm in our room. We notified the front desk and they told us that there were electrical problems and they would have it fixed later that day. When we came back in the afternoon, it was fixed and our room was very comfortable for the rest of our stay. All of the workers were helpful and nice and provided helpful information about getting around in Rome. The location was great because we were just down the street from the Spanish Steps and the metro. As first timers to Rome, we weren't sure about how far the major tourist sites would be but they were all in walking distance from the hotel. This hotel was great. From the point of my arrival the staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. This was my first time visiting Rome, Italy with very limited Italian and the majority of the staff spoke English which was a plus for me. We stayed with our family in one room and it totally worked. We knew the hotel was under construction on the other floors. It did not bother us. We were gone a lot and would come back later in the afternoon for a nap. We loved our stay. Great location; everyone was very helpful and we had wonderful breakfasts. Our bathroom was also incredible.

The hotel is in a great location just a couple blocks from the top of the Spanish Steps. The beds were a little small perhaps because we had a family of four in the room which was well worth it since we could all be together. The breakfast was very good.

When we arrived at the hotel late Monday night, we were told that the hotel had overbooked and that we were not able to stay there for one night, and that we were going to be moved (and upgraded) to a sister hotel within the chain. We were told that we were able to return to the hotel after the first night and that we'd be upgraded to a superior room […] on our return. This wasn't the best start to the short city break we'd booked, especially when the sister hotel we were moved to for the first night (Hotel Rinascimento) was small, poorly managed and not as clean and pleasing as Hotel Trevi Collection turned out to be. Breakfast at Rinascimento was particularly interesting - the breakfast room was tiny, there was not much choice and the staff seemed uninterested in clearing tables so that we could sit and eat. We also didn't appreciate being told that Rinascimento was a 'better' location - it's not! We felt that the staff almost didn't want us to stay at Hotel Trevi Collection, but once we'd got over that issue and had returned to Trevi Collection, we were more than happy with our experience. The Hotel is light, airy and the staff are helpful. They all spoke perfect English and being just minutes away from Piazza di Spagna (metro station), the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps, we felt well connected. Hotel was a great value and a great location. Ideally I would rather be right down by Via Condotti in the center of the Spanish Steps but this was 2 blocks away from tons of Italian action. There was no WiFi in the rooms. You could pick it up in the lobby but it would jump a bit. Room very clean, Shower was awesome, Bed was comfortable. Fangen wir mit dem Gebäude an: Die Rezeption ist mikroskopisch klein im EG eines Wohnhauses. Das eigentl. Hotel befindet sich in der 3., 4. und 5. Etage. Etagen 1 und 2 sind Baustellen, Rohbau mit umherliegenden Kabeln und Dreck. Der Fahrstuhl kommt oder nicht. Wenn er kommt... mehr als 3 Personen haben keinen Platz, mit Koffern geht gar nicht. Zimmer: […] Passen von der Größe her nicht zu den abgebildeten Fotos, Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer, ohne irgendwo anzustoßen konnte man sich nicht umziehen... echt klein. Bad: sieht auf den ersten Blick neu und modern aus, bis man z.B. die Dusche ausprobiert. Hier arbeiten die Duschköpfe wie sie wollen oder nicht. An der Decke macht sich der Schimmel breit. Frühstück: Raum 5. Etage viel zu klein, es musten Gäste bis zu 10 min auf eine Tisch warten. Keine frisch zubereiteten Speisen, Kaffee aus einem Wasserboiler, nur auf Nachfrage frischer Kaffee, der von 2 völlig überforderten Servicekräften serviert wird oder auch erst später oder auch gar nicht. Jag och min vända bodde på Trevi Collection och hade en alldeles underbar resa i Rom. Hotellet var absolut perfekt. Mycket rent och fräscht, städning varje dag och väldigt modernt och fint. En helt underbar mysig frukost som hade nästan allt som önskades. Super trevlig och hjälpsam personal med ett mycket trevligt bemötande gentemot oss hotellgäster. […] Perfekt läge, med gångavstånd till spanska trappan och resten av centrala rom. Man bor verkligen i hjärtat av Rom. Man kände praktiskt taget gå vart man ån ville men du kan även ta deras tunnelbana tex till Vatikanen som var två hållplatser ifrån bara. Veldig smakfullt og fint hotell, med innredning og bra renhold. Frokost med mat for en hver smak, men vær gjerne litt tidlig ute. Pene rom og flink betjening. Ekstra pluss for den svært sentrale beliggenheten. Litt dårlig kjøling på rommet, ellers helt supert! Passer kanskje best for dem som reiser uten barn, eller med barn over 12 år. Anbefales!

Hotel muy recomendable tanto por su ubicación (al lado de Plaza de España) como por sus condiciones, ya que pese a no tener un edificio completo propio (el hotel ocupa sólo las dos últimas plantas), es lo más cercano que podemos encontrar en calidad-precio a un cuatro estrellas de España (suelo de parquet, televisión satélite con tres canales en español, […] mobiliario y baño nuevo...). El único pequeño "pero", la atención (aunque ese es un mal generalizado en la ciudad): en el hotel no facilitan cosas básicas como pedir un taxi para que esté a una determinada hora en la puerta o facilitar un pequeño desayuno para llevar cuando lo tienes incluido pero no lo vas a poder disfrutar por salir tu vuelo muy temprano. 4. und 5. Etage eines typischen Wohnhauses wurden komplett sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und bilden somit das Guest-House. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse recht umfangreich. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die spanische Treppe, viele Restaurants und Shops. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
