Very far from the main part of pattaya and nearly impossible to get a taxi. Front desk is horribly slow and ineffective. Rooms are nice though, but not much use since location is so bad.

Room was clean, but balcony had not been swept or washed in months. Cleaning staff constantly forgot to leave soap and towels Breakfast was disappointing. Reception staff polite but cold in attitude, very uncommon for Thais. Total lack of senior management visible. Checked out at 6am, nobody on reception. Overall the stay at the LK was great. The staff was not friendly but they were not unfriendly (teaching moment for the LK management). There is something going on with the hot water in the shower. we stayed in 2 bedroom suite room. the overall and cleanliness of the room was excellent. the cons came when we tried to check for wireless service. we were in block B & although wireless service was complimentary, we could not enjoy it at all because we were told by the hotel staff that block B was too far from the router therefore wireless cannot […] be detected. sigh! So we have no choice but to use the lanwire insisted which was pretty troublesome. the nightmare was totally no hot shower although there is heater. Apparently, i think the heater was faulty (although technician came & tried to fix up) and we were not offered to switch to another room. Fantastic looking Condo's not much atmosphere, only 10 mins walk to main road. Very comfortable 2 bed apartment but couldn't use the phone in the room for dialing out and no one could dial in. there is so much lauangage problem. No one understand english. the hotel is not on the road side you prvide vehicle at least service of vehicle frm hotel to main road..and some vegetarian food also offer to whom who is vagetarian. over all stay is wonderfull.

Very nice place... we thought the hotel is not as good as we expect it to be given it's narrow road on their way. However, as we approached the gate entrance alone... everything changes. It is a place so quite, nice and very beautifully arranged buildings and landscaped perfectly to suit as a vacation place worth remembering. The rooms are neatly done […] and decorated. Me and 5 friends stayed in the 3 bedroom duplex suite and were blown away. The pictures look good but do not do it justice. It is huge, 2 floors and stunning set out inside. You really feel like you have got a steal for the price you have paid as it would cost 4 times more if it were in London. Excellent pool with a decent restaurant on site as well. […] I've read a couple of reviews that it's hard to get taxi's and that it's out of the way, that's a joke as there are taxi bikes outside the 7 Eleven next door and you can be in walking street in 5 mins. On the surface, the hotel is like an oasis. Beautiful pool; nice layout, modern facilities. Once you're lured in however, your oasis becomes a mirrage. The room was visibly clean but the bathroom surfaces were layered with scum. The shower never shut off and the hot water was unreliable. The surrounding neighborhood is pure ghetto although the people are very friendly. It's a LONG way to any beaches and any night life worth mentioning. This hotel was a real find. Very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. Nice pool and good Gym. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is quite a way from the main attractions but because of this is much quieter. I am looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

The hotel is located in a tucked away place. Taxis had a difficult time locating the place. Ask for a business card and have the receptionist write the directions in Thai. My first impression is that the hotel is beautiful. Very clean front area. Nice pool. Apparently this place is a condominium and in the process of sales they're making it a hotel. […] So, the staff doesn't appear to be trained to run it as a hotel. The front spoke very little English and they were unable to help us with tours and transportation. We kept getting sent to different parts of the hotel to find transportation. They couldn't even arranged a taxi to Pattaya beach for us. Overall, very poor customer service. Our room was clean. It was equipped with a fridge and microwave. The ac was loud. Had a difficult time sleeping due to the noise. The shower had weak water pressure and the water was either too hot or too cold. At the night, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. YUCK! Impossible! The room is too big and feeling comfortable. Daily cleaning but the facility a bit bad, because we cook it in kitchen but the lamp is bad and the light @ ceiling is bad. 場所は初めての人には判りにくい所にあります。バイタクでも知らない人がいますが、ソイ　アロルゥタイＬＫと言えば判ってもらえます。バイクを借りないと動きにくいサービスアパートメントです。ジムとプールは気持ちよく使えます。朝食は４月まではバフェ形式でしたが５月に入ったら人が少なくなったためでしょうか、LKロイヤルスイート形式のオーダー形式に変わりました。部屋は綺麗で気持ちが良いのですが、ＬＫグループの水周りは例のごとくです。今回がっかりしたのは、２０分ぐらいの停電の後にボイラーが壊れたらしく水もお湯もまったく出なくなりました。約１時間ぐらい後にどす黒い水がかなり続いて期待したのですが、帰国までの３日間ついにお湯は出てきませんでした。

行入酒店，先到停車場再到泳池。泳池好大尚算可以，但沒有服務員在，今次我地五人住了復式單位，地方很乾淨,一齊物品都算齊全，只有沖涼熱水時冷時熱，水壓不夠，付近只有一間便利店。

ホテル画像を参考に宿泊しました。ロケーションは、入り組んだ中に突如現れるホテルで、知名度はありません。ですので一度町に出ましたらホテルに帰るのが一苦労です。タクシードライバーに言っても通じません。スタッフの対応は、災厄です。挨拶などは全くないです。朝食も済んだ食器を下げることもないです。ドリンクを飲んだり遊んでいます。部屋に関してはまだ清潔で広いです。初めての方やタイ語の出来ない方には不向きなホテルです。

위치가 안좋다는 이야기는 워낙 많이 들었기 때문에 그 부분은 감안을 했었습니당ㅋㅋㅋ 초행길인데다가 워낙 골목에 위치해서 진짜 왠만한 사람들은 찾아가기 힘들듯 ㅠㅠ 그리고 지도상으로 LK레전드 근처에 있는 까르푸는 얼마전에 빅씨로 바꼈다고 ㅎㅏ더라구요 그래서 다 찾은 데를 오토바이 ㅌㅏ고 들어갔네요.. 그래도 리조트가 너무 좋아서 그런거 다 잊었어욬ㅋㅋㅋ 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 조식도괜찮았구요

日本人向けにレビューします。（for only Japanese） 個人差がありますので、私達は初めての家族海外旅行での利用なので、似た境遇の方々向きとして書きます。 タイやパタヤに2回目以降の方や、英語力や順応性の高いバイタリティのある方にはお薦めできます。多分、ご想像通りのお得な中級ホテルです。 しかし、初めてのタイやパタヤ訪問者や、英語が出来ない方や不慣れな海外で積極的に冒険する事に躊躇する方にはお薦め出来ません。 2バスルームですが、シャワーのパッキンが壊れて一つは使えませんでしたし、キッチンには蟻がいました。 セントラル・パタヤロード（パタヤ・クラング）から南へ歩いて10分程度ですが、途中は野良犬（？）多数で交通量も多いソイを通る必要があります。（Big C交差点から） ビーチ方面 […] へはモーターサイ、ソンテオでの移動が必須なので交渉か乗合ができる必要あります。（パタヤに行く方なら大丈夫ですね） あと、トイレの紙は流せます。 纏めると、日本のホテルと同じ質のサービスや環境衛生を求めるのは無理があります。 インターネットで見た写真はキレイで豪華でも、クローゼットにカビが生えていたり、蟻がいたりするものです。 もしも総合的に質の高いホテルを求めるのであれば、ヒルトンなど5つ星が付く様なところを選ぶ事をお薦めします。コストセーブの為にその程度の事ならと割り切れるのであれば全く問題なく安全なホテルです。 パタヤは概ねどこも似たような環境ですけどね。 Pročitajte više

外観が素敵だったので決めました。高級リゾート並のホテルなのに値段はリーズナブル。スタジオタイプにステイしましたが、水道水に少し匂いがあり、シャワーのお湯の出が悪く(頻繁に温度変化がある)すごくストレスでした。 外観、内観ともすごく素敵なだけに残念でした。 繁華街からそんなに離れてはないのですが、周りにLKのグループホテルが沢山あるため、タクシーでホテルに行くのに大変苦労しました。

New and nice rooms, but the hotel is a small part of a condominium complex, so there is VERY little movement during the week, and a lot of local residens in the weekend. Not recommended for families with children, as it is very quiet.
