Hotel.com rates were significantly lower than Radisson website rates!?! The hotel is beautiful but their prices are much to high! It also bothers me that they don't give you Carlton points when booking with hotel.com!

The hotel lacks a few of the dimensions you expect in a higher end hotel. The gym is very limited in terms of types machines to use. The e cerise room is half empty indicating that they had plans for a much larger array of equipment. One small tip, there is a same day laundromat located in the mall, very affordable, that did an excellent job and saved Me money. There is a stark contrast between the hotel itself and the surrounding neighborhood. Located next to a container shipping yard you will not have much of a scenic view. Also, the level of poverty and lack of any perceptible zoning ordinance for construction translates in to an eclectic mix of buildings. Now, on a positive note, not only are the employees helpful, friendly, good-looking, sincere but they are staffed at a very high level. You will never be at a loss for an employee. The hiring manager should be commended. The question that is most important, would I stay here again?, Absolutely! A good business hotel convieniently located near main port area. We were travelling on to Bohol so this was ideal for 1 day stop over. Good beds, tv and coffee maker. Pool is too small and too busy with a handful of sunloungers so we couldnt relax as we had hoped. Decent breakfast choice. A great stay at the Radisson.

One of the most magnificent hotels that I have ever stayed at. Everyone at the hotel was great. Sweet in the hotel lobby greated me by name everytime I entered the hotel. And Ronald in the cafeteria provided wonderful service. It is a short taxi ride from Fort San Pedro and Magellan's Cross and right next door to the mall, which my wife liked. We were suppose to be a party of three when we booked this hotel for an overnight stay. However for some reason, our third could not make it. Our reservation included and extra bed and breakfast for that third person which was charged to us for an additional P2,000 plus. When we arrived at the hotel front desk asked about our 3rd companion and we said […] she is not coming. We then asked if we can get anything else in the place of her accommodations. Front desk refused but we asked again good-naturedly. She said she will get back to us. She does calls us later only to tell us the hotel cannot offer anything in its place therefore what we paid for he 3rd person is completely forfeited. We are not asking for a room upgrade or anything just maybe a free lunch buffet for one of us or a fruit basket at the very least. This usually done in hotels that really wish to serve its clients especially when they ask. Also on the day we were leaving we ordered room service for lunch and our order took a while making us stay over the 12 noon checkout time. Someone was knocking n our door already asking what time we needed to checkout when it was their fault we were still there. We go to Cebu on business a lot but we will no longer stay in this hotel. Have visited Cebu three times and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Next door to a new SM shopping center and close by taxi to most of the historical sights. Not far from the ferries to other islands

Room had a living room, office area large bedroom and spacious bathroom. It was like a nice apartment rather than just a hotel room. It is just across the street from SM mall, which was nice. I don't think you could top it for a business oriented hotel in Cebu. It is a really great value.

I have stayed at the Radisson twice now. Both times, were great. The staff was courteous and helpful spoke pretty good English. The rooms were clean and the grounds out back of the hotel were very nicely maintained. The pool, though not big, was a pleasant diversion that we used most every morning.

My family and I have always been staying in Cebu Marriott Hotel since 2007 because the kids liked its proximity to the Ayala Mall. When my wife's friend in Qatar suggested Radisson Hotel, the kids were initially apprehensive and have negative perception. The moment of truth came when we arrived on 17th July. All the Hotel staff were professionally courteous and polite with sweet smile, especially the ladies at the main door and the ones standing by the elevators. Security services were efficient and we always felt safe. We were initially checked-in at the 6th floor but expeditiously moved to the 18th floor within hours when the kids requested to have a better view of the pool. Since the kids love swimming, they definitely enjoyed frolicking and immersing themselves for hours in the big pool. We stayed for five nights, very satisfied. I cannot say enough about the Radisson Blu in Cebu. We had our wedding reception there and booked rooms for the preparations. We had a suite as a part of our package, but also booked a Premier room in addition. Both rooms were fantastic on the 11th floor. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing: so friendly and helpful. If you are deciding between a suite and Premier room, I would recommend the Premier as the price is usually about half and both rooms are very large. Lobby is very spacious and impressive. Lovely seating area around stage with acoustic music nightly and drinks. Pool and grounds of hotel are well groomed and comfortable. The hotel is very nice. The service is a little too helpful: staff to open every door, even to push the elevator button at the ground floor and direct you to the lobby. But the front desk is undermanned, and some of the employees talked behind our backs in the local dialect, which we understood. When we got stuck at SM at closing time, the rain was […] pouring, one of the security guards fetched umbrellas for hotel guests, much appreciated! The breakfast selection is some of the best I've seen, but I wish some care for allergies. E.g. the juice was prepared in the same juice machine, without cleaning, and someone allergic to apples drinking pineapple juice could get a nasty surprise. Breakfast is expensive in an international perspective when booking, or at roughly half the price and ordinary level if you purchase a coupon at the front desk. One room had traffic noise, the other three doors down the corridor had next to none. Calm voices coule easily be heard from inside a room or from the hallway. The hotel is very conveniently placed next to the SM mall. We didn't get to try the pool, but when we tried to use the gym at 7 AM, it was closed due to "engineering problems". What kind of engineering problems could close a gym was not something the staff could answer, though if we wished to, they could check again for us the next morning if it was possible to open when we wanted to go (regular opening hours was from 6 AM). The hotel is realy good for the price that i paid. The lobby is big with nice flower arrangement. The band that played in the evening in the lobby is excellent very pleasing to listen. Had agreat to time in Cebu and at Radisson. Kids loved the pool. It's close proximity to SM Mall makes this an ideal place to stay on vaca. Spacious hotel room but cheap looking decor if you would compare this to say, Cebu Marriott. Warm and welcoming staff. My only disappointment was when we asked to have ice delivered to our room, it never came.
