A woman travelling alone, I stayed here during a one day transit in Bangalore. Between business meetings in other cities. Because it is fairly new and tucked away from sight of the main street, it was hard to find. My taxi drive was convinced I had the name wrong. I recommend you have the hotel number available for the driver to call for directions. […] Just under Trinity Metro Station, turning in at Oriental bank. Room was a pleasant surprise...the bed was the most comfortable I'd had in India. Tea kettle, strong water pressure, amenities. Nice breakfast buffet--indian breakfast, but they'll make eggs and toast to order. Coffee, not the best. but you aren't far from the cafes along MG road and Church St. A managable walk to the shopping (Garuda Mall, Residency Rd. Bangalore central)...and all the fabulous book stores in that area. Hotel staff were very helpful, looking up directions for me, printing out maps, repairing my room safe immediately. I stayed there on my business tour in Jan 2012. Hotel is located in the city centre. You can reach the hotel in 1 hr from Airport. My stay in the hotel was really good. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast and Food were nice. Staff also allowed extended checkout as I had a late evening flight to catch. Only problem I had with the shower, hot water was […] not consistent. Considering the size of the hotel, tariff seems to be little on higher side. All I can say is that my stay was far better than earlier stay in one of the 5 star (so called) in delhi. Had a pleasant stay at juSTa The Residence MG Road. Hotel staff was superbly pleasant. My husband was ill on site. The front office staff helped us to get to the nearest clinic and he was treated well. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Only thing hotel needs improvement is the buffet breakfast. This hotel is very good and convinently located on MG road. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very corteous. If you are in Bangalore for business and are looking for bed and breakfast options this is probably the best you can get.

The hotel's staff are top notch: attentive without being overbearing. They make breakfast food fresh, and because I had jet lag, I arrived late, and they were happy to cook food up for me. I stayed at Justa the Residence on MG road for 3 days in November. The room was pretty small, but neat and nicely done. Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful..
