Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Albuquerque - Northern New Mexico

Good service. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. We ate at three of the hotel restaurants and were pleased with the service and the quality of the food. The prices of the casino restaurants were very reasonable.

Definately one of the only places we saw on our roadtrip in New Mexico that we would even consider staying in. Very neat items to look at in the hotel. Love the bath robe!

We had a great stay, the rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy! We ate at TIWA and the food was great. The casino part was a good time too! The staff was nice. I would stay there again!!

We got room 501 and it is right infront of the exit door and it was so loud all night long and early morning. Woke me up several times. The pillows are a bit too flat. Not a comfortable sleep at all. The people who work there do not seem happy. No one smiles and it makes you feel like maybe you are not wanted there.

Nice place to stay, out of the traffic and city. Really enjoyed the dining and especially the coffee/ice cream bar. Staff in the casino very friendly.

Check in was easy. We arrived 2 hrs before check in but they accommodated us and we had a clean and comfortable room, the king delux room. They have a nice selection of restaurants in the hotel from a variety of price points. The casino is well separated from the hotel. Our room itself was clean and inviting. We would stay here again.

The hotel looks great from the outside and the staff if friendly. However, the rooms in the hotel are really dated. The scratched up furniture and old ugly carpet needs to go. This hotel is in need of a total overhaul if it to receive 4 stars. I would give the hotel rooms a 2.5 star rating.

The staff is very friendly, and there's a great pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the lobby and entire ground floor was very smoky and smelled of cigarettes - I guess it is smoke from the casino.

I loved looking at the beautiful christmas tree when I walked in.Although front desk could have been a little more welcoming. Room service was very courteous and not expensive! Very clean rooms!

Not much there - only stayed here because the event we were attending was there. I sure hope next year is at a different location. The hotel is way, way south of Albuquerque. The rooms are way over priced for what you get. On a positive, when we called room service they responded very quickly and were very nice.

I was very skeptical about staying at this hotel unseen. Once I arrived, all my reservations were put to rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, & had a great view from the balcony. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel. The steak house you take the elevator up to was great, as well as the restaurant next to the […] buffet. But the buffet left a lot to be desired. There was another place we ate at inside the casino (like a snack bar) on the right, I can't remember the name, but they served tacos, nachos, & such. It was also pretty good. Very disappointed with everything about this hotel. I expected a nice executive suite room with at least some coffee maker, 2 bath robes, water bottles, or fridge inside the room. The hotel representative was not willing to accommodate anything i requested. I paid way too much and will never stay at this hotel again.

To far out from town, cost to much. Food was not great, it was not hot. Rooms where not sound proofed enough. You could here the ones in the room next to you and going down the hall. Want stay there again.

Enjoyed the stay overall. With a few tweeks it culd have been a "Great" stay; ie, robes for two rather than one, smell of smoke was strong and room service was slow.

I think the Hard Rock owners have little or no regard for the hotel portion of their hotel-casino. For example, the have no towel bars in the lavatory section of the bathroom, and in the separate commode area they have no hooks, bars, stands--or anything (upon which to place something). The lighting is very poor, and the furniture is just so-so.

Awesome stay at this hotel. Conveniently located off of Interstate 25 just south of Albuquerque. Pleasant and helpful staff along with a very clean hotel with a well lit parking area. At least two restaurants, a Starbucks, and several shops located next to lobby......and of course, the casino. The only thing that was wrong with the hotel was a loose […] toilet seat! Check in was slow and clerk was neither helpful nor knowledgeable about local activities. I was told there was no Concierge so we were referred to the Valet who seemed annoyed at our questions. This is a nice hotel if you are ok with the gambling crowd. These folks are up at all hours of the night talking load in the hallways and having fun. If you're looking for a silent night's sleep, you should probably look elsewhere. The hotel was very clean and roomy. I will be staying here again on future visits to ABQ.

We stayed at the Hardrock, because it was near the balloon festival. Our rooms were great and the bingo and poker room were really nicely run. I would've rate this a 5 if it weren't for the poor ventilation of the smoke. Anybody with a breathing problem should stay away.

The room was nice and clean. There was no microwave, and the beds were way to soft... No good for a sore back! The casino is great the hotel staff is great. Nice hotel.

Hard to get anyone to answer at the front desk, but when they do they take care of you, forget the valet service they are non existent, no one even offered to help with our bags when we pulled up, actually no one was there....this is no 5 star hotel, casino is full of cigarette smoke...terrible, get some smoke eaters guys!!!!..the one in Vegas is way […] better..... The hotel itself was great. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint we had was the drain was backed up in the tub while taking a shower. It emptied at a slow pace.

The overall hotel was very nice and at a great price. The room attendants were SUPER nice and friendly...but that's where the positive ends. I booked my hotel for 2 nights but decided to stay a extra night the day prior. The check in desk confirmed I was all set up for the same room for 3 nights. I had to go back each day and have my card re-programmed […] just to get in the room. This after 3 long days of being out and about taking in the city...frustrating! Sooo I decided I needed some relaxation and the huge hot tub was calling my name...but come to find out it was on the fritz and only got up to mid 70's temperature wise. Really...ugh?! So I put in a good workout only to find out there were NO towels in the weightroom...nice weightroom, but NO towels...geez. I wanted to finally get some good rest but come to find out the walls of the hotel were paper thin...had a noisy room 2 nights in a row and took awhile for the hotel to address or so it seemed. To note, I could hear when the front desk called the room...that's how thin the walls were at the hotel. As nice as the hotel was you would think the rooms would be sound proof. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Ohhh, the first afternoon we ate at TIWA...nice atmosphere but the service was SUPER slow and I don't like when people make the excuse by saying, "I'm New".
