Close to Sky Train which was a real asset, excellent breakfast, good lap pool and gym, room was large, comfortable and very good value for money. Concierge service ( Mr Oh) was exceptional. Would definitely return to Hansar and recommend to friends.

My wife and I stayed at the Urban Suite of this hotel while vacationing in Bangkok. The room is huge, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and convenience to BTS station and major shopping malls. We will definitely come back again on our next trip.

The Hansar succeeds in getting more or less everything right at a fair price. We chose Hansar Bangkok for its size, location and top quality amenities and services because we didn't want to stay in a large and touristy hotel where you're just one of the masses. Check-in was fast, uncomplicated, friendly and professional. Attentive and friendly staff, especially at the lobby bar in the evening. Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast […] was also good. We got to choose from the menu in addition to the buffet spread. Everything arrived fresh and hot at the table. However, we would prefer to have our coffee(or tea) served faster at the table. It only came after about 10-15 minutes later when we were halfway through our breakfast. On the whole, a very good, cosy and luxurious hotel. We would choose this hotel again without hesitation. I had a wonderful few days in this hotel. There were a few problems with the room at first (the doorbell didn't work and the safe wouldn't reset properly) but these problems were promptly taken care of, and the staff were great. Some rooms in BK can […] look nice, but because of the air con systems and the humidity, they can sometimes feel rather damp or clammy. This is not the case here. Things feel new and clean and comfortable and except for the glitches mentioned above, everything worked well and ran smoothly. I love the overall design of the hotel, and was surprised at how big the suites were. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, fresh juice, fresh honey (!), great coffee, nice tea selections and a good selection of Chinese and Japanese-style breakfast options. Every need was attended to. Very helpful. Great value for money and will return on our next trip. Stayed at 3 places in Bangkok this trip and want to return here. Close to shops, food and short taxi to old town attractions. Right next to train for boat ride and night market transfers!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Hansar and will definitely be back for my next trip to Bangkok. We got a smaller room than those shown on pictures - we had Urban Suite - but without the wall of green plants, which to me was a disappointment, but it didn't matter. The room had a very nice, modern interior and the bathroom was huge!! You got two sinks and […] a gigantic mirror. Wardrobe and places for storing clothes was all in the bathroom, which was weird at first but totally fine. (Did you know steam is good for your clothes? It will naturally "iron" them, and make all wrinkles go away) Of course the shower and toilet had doors to them and you couldn't see them while for example brushing your teeth. Don't worry about it, it was a great design. Bathroom doesn't have a lock on the door, but if you're just staying with your boyfriend/girlfriend you can agree not to walk in while the other is in there. There was also a washing machine and our room happened to have washing detergents, I think only because past guets left it behind. The was also a nice "office" with comfortable chair. But... the most comfortable of all was the BED! Oh my God how I loved that bed! I could lie there forever! I wanted to like.. buy it D: It was fantastic! Breakfast was also great, good variety of things to choose from :) Also the hotel is right next to Four Seasons and super close to the Skytrain which by a single station will take you right to Siam Paragon! However my brother […] fell ill with a bad flu and caught a fever, the Director of Rooms, Mr. Chompoo, heard about it and upgraded them to a suite room and check on him several time to make sure his stays is comfortable. A big thank you to Mr. Chompoo. Anyway, the buffet breakfast is simple but you can order special items on the menu which is excellent, you must try the Eggs Benedit and sitting outside on the verandah gives you a resort feel but yet the metros is just 50 metres away. I stayed at the Studio Suites for 4 nights. Location was excellent, love the interior layout and design of the room, room was very comfortable and luxurious and service was fantastic! One thing which can be improved on is the selection of food at breakfast - will appreciate a wider variety. Otherwise everything else was great!

The quality and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The only thing which really let down what was otherwise a very good hotel was the mixed attitude of the staff. This hotel is fantastic in every which way. Our room was a studio suite on the 16th floor, very spacious with walk in closet, laundry(!), kichenette, large flat screen and a great view of Bangkok. It is definitely nice to be in a hotel that doesn't feel like a hotel. I guess it may be that half of the hotel is also a residence. We had a very late flight on the day of checkout, and we were courteously given a late checkout, they held our bags and also get our bags to repack gifts from last minute shopping, and they also kindly offered us the use of the gym shower facilities for a quick shower before our car took us to the airport. The car service is excellent as well, and I would recommend arranging a pickup/dropoff with the hotel in advance. And the spa is absolutely luxurious. Really nice and good value hotel. The rooms are enormous, well set out and even have a washing machine. Lovely pool area, the staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic. You are around the corner from the 4 seasons and St Regis and close to the train. Stayed here 3 nights and couldn't fault a thing.

Love the hotel, friendly stuff who went out of their way to help my fiancée organise his proposal on the hoterl's roof terrace. Will definitely be coming back. Free wifi who doesn't love that!

When I had a any kind of problem, they went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of . Mr. Oh, Lucky,Tang, and couple others at the Concierge and Bell desk went out of their way to help me with all of my needs during the stay. They treated us like family. It was quite heart warming.

Staff was great. Rooms very nice. Hotel provides very nice boutique luxury accommodation in a good location. Close to Siam square, a short walk to other areas of interest and only a few hundred meters to the sky train for getting to the river and the old city.

Nice hotel, good facilities. One thing I particularly like is the room keycard. One side shows a map with the hotel in it. The other side contains useful info like directions to the hotel in English and Thai. That's a nice touch.

Great location for the Skytrain and shopping areas. Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside is that the public areas are quite dark and not very lively, but this did not matter to us as we were out and about.

Hotel Hansar is in a very good location, close to everywhere. You can walk to the mall and shopping area just few steps the air train is down the street, you can walk to the sky bar. The hotel is superb. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation. I had a studio suite and it was very generous in all respects. A haven of welcome comfort and coolness to come back to in Bangkok. Lovely pool. Excellent breakfast. Modest prices for room service. Free drinks in the minibar including lager and beer if you wanted it. Fresh snacks such as […] crisps and fruit in the room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The suite had a balcony and a decent view of the golf course. The location is right next to the Sky Train stop and only about 5 minutes walk from the central shopping area. It is a little way away from the river but a taxi or the train are cheap so not a problem. I would definitely choose to stay here in Bangkok and should I return, I would stay here again without question. It is fantastic value for what you get. I could not see any need to upgrade from a studio suite. A hint for solo travellers especially a female like myself is to ask carefully at the lobby when you go out for directions, especially how to get back to the hotel. It is quite easy to get somewhere in Bangkok, but not so easy to return. Make sure you take a hotel card with you to show drivers as they do not all recognise the name of the hotel or know where it is. Take a taxi with a meter. A lot of traffic jams and getting about can take longer than you think. The Sky Train is a good option once you have worked out the stations. Pročitajte više
