My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at The Picasso. We loved everything about it - the size of our room, the amenities, customer service - everything was awesome! I was very happy about choosing this hotel and for that I will definitely go back when I am in Manila.

We keep on coming back to Picasso as we've never been dissapointed so far and we didn't find a better place in this area and in this category. The location is right in the middle of the business district with walking distance to the Greenbelt Malls and several banks. And in the end it's also not far from the airport (at least if you take the Skyway […] for an extra 20 Pesos by taxi which saves a lot of time). The rooms are very nice and had always been in a perfect condition so far. They offer a small kitchenette with a fridge. The staff is just wonderful. They help where they can and are always friendly. If you want to have breakfast the hotel offers a buffet which won't leave you hungry. From outside the hotel looks pretty ordinary but we saw other places promising more and once there, it was just not what we expected. If you book Picasso early in advance you may get a better rate. Just by walking in the price can be a bit higher. Anyway, coming back to Manila means, we'll come back to Picasso! Pročitajte više

I was only here for one night but it was in the perfect place in Makati walking distance to the parks and malls. Rooms were nice and big. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. My only complaint was the breakfast which was included in my room. They had a small buffet which was not very nice, you choose one entree from a menu, I had the eggs […] benedict which was not good - the bread on the bottom was not toasted and was so doughy, the poached egg was more like a hard boiled egg. This was a great hotel to stay at for the price. The location was great and easy to get all over. Would have given 5 stars but the wifi was terrible it was down more than it was up and it was important for me to have due to school. Other than that everything was great.

I usually stay at the New World, but our office has changed locations in Makati. There were a few options near the office, I tried this one. My fiancé and I stayed at The Picasso for two weeks. It was our first time in the Philippines and we could have not picked a better hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone but with some caution to families with younger children. There is nothing wrong with the hotel […] but The Picasso does host events and parties which could be interrupting for kids trying to sleep at night. If you are on business or vacation this is a perfect place to stay for the price. The hotel cleanliness was outstanding. Once you walk into the hotel the lobby has a very modern feel. The staff members are professional and very helpful with everything. The room was bigger then we had anticipated. The king size bed was very comfortable and there was a love seat which was awesome. The bathroom was very spacious but did not have a tube. The room also came with a kitchenette. Also the wifi service is free and works very well for being on the 9th floor. Rarely did we have issues with our stay but any questions we had were answered immediately. We ordered room service a few times and it did not take long to be prepared. Anytime we needed a taxi the staff always had someone there. Our room was well kept. The laundry service was great but very expensive. staff were very helpful and courteous - you could not fault them. the only fault i found was with the restaurant - for the price the meals were not that good. Breakfast needed a little more variety. Besides that i would recommend staying in this hotel to everyone

Very nice hotel, and wonderful staff. Hotel is mostly business folks because of the location and district. Rooms are very nice, great walk in shower. I would stay here again. Price is not bad especially on the weekend. Location is central for whatever you fancy on your trip.

I loved the Picasso. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. My only concern was the quality of the food from the restaurant; it was cooked through but considering the quality of food you can find near by, the Picasso's food was bland. In a nutshell, stay at this hotel, just don't eat there.

Upon checking out I noticed very exorbitant charges on the bill.There were 3 charges of 1000 pisos for telephone calls within Makati.I complained and they removed one saying it was an error of double billing.So, what about the other two? " 40 piso per minute sir" One of my calls was 17 minutes.I said ," how much is 40 x 17" Obviously not an even 1000.The other call was for less minutes but had the same 1000 piso charge.!!
