room are not the same as the picture shown us. It's very dirty, smelly. Customer services very very bed..... Not recomended to stay at this hotel.

the reasons I stayed in this hotel were the price and its location, close to the Bangkok biggest and modern shopping malls. Also, it was close to the train station which took us to the airport.

The First House Hotel even though located in Pratunam area whereby one can access to the wholesale shops and food conveniently, is very congested with vehicles jamming in the narrow road in front of the hotel. There are also many tourist in the area, mainly from Africa and India, less from the Asian countries. Food there are easy to get but not cheap, […] and internet cafe is much more expensive. The location also have other budget hotels not listed in the Hotel.com and the 4 to 5 stars hotel nearby. The First Hotel needs a total face lift and change, in which they are in the progress but rates for the newly renovated rooms are charge higher than expected. There is no free bottled water given, whatever you take from the fridge like drinking water, it is chargeable and more expensive than you buy it at the convenient stores. The breakfast they served in the package is not very attractive though, you get bored eating the same food everyday only for the noodles they change the variety other than that it's all the same. The cable TV does not have many channels and the reception is poor except for the local channels. For the old to stay in the hotel, it is not convenient because the steps is too high and no handrails available. The internet is not free and charged very high rate, WiFi is available but have to pay like 250baht per day. The hotel staff is quite friendly and cheerful though. Pročitajte više

We stayed there for 3 nights. Its location is great for shopping and sight seeing. It tooks only 4 mins walking to Platinum, Pratunam, Bayoke,.... The staffs are very friendly. They helped us a lot.

the receptionist did not mention to us that breakfast is served only till 10.am. we went for breakfast at 10.20am and were told the breakfast time is over. there is a dangerious tilework at the entrance to the bathroom, if you don't watch it you may fall on your face, secondly there was no need for the portruding wooden plank from the wardrobe, here […] too one can trip. the location and price is good, it is in the centre of the shopping district, staff is helpful,room very good. i would stay there again for sure. This hotel is near to Ratchathewi BTS stn ( about 10-15min walk) , U can take a City line train(45 baht) at the basement of the airport to Phaya Thai( this stn is also near to the hotel, but slightly further than the Ratchathewi stn to the hotel) is quite difficult to locate this hotel as is in Soi 19 ( lane 19) and u won't see it on the main road. […] And the road that lead to it is so busy, and u will take quite a while to reach the hotel.The female staffs are not as friendly as the male staffs. The room was quite old, didn't provide the basic toiletries, no tissue box, no tooth brush. Maid was fierce when u ask them for extra toilet roll to replace the tissue box....She will tell u one per day....Air con very powerful, but at night very noisy...even u off it u will hear the next door air con running....Location very good, can go every where, near all the shopping and eating place, very accessible to every where...I even take a bus to China town from the near by bus stop....u even can wake up early morning 4 am to go shopping as they have this out door stall near by open at 4 am till morning 9 am....I missed it but think I will try it out the next time....the breakfast is nothing...quite normal don't expect much...Currently upstair is doing some renovation work....but I don't stay in the hotel during the day time so is fine with me....Over all if not at good location I won't stay here, hopefully after the renovation is will be better...... 受付の人が親切で滞在中いろいろと相談にのってくれて助かった。 受付以外のスタッフもフレンドリーでよかった。 食事は、麺類や紅茶以外はあまり好きになれなかったが、 期待をもともとしていなかったので値段相応と思う。 ガイドブックに載っていたFirst Hotelと勘違いして、こちらに迷い込んでしまった。 チェックインの際は住所をしっかり確認した方がいいと思います。

chambre situee juste sur les moteurs des ventilations et climatisations impossible de dormir puis la derniere nuit la chambre etait mieux situee mais pas d eau chaude cause de travaux impossible de prendre de douche
