"Awesome place"

I'll admit it, I'm a total travel snob. For our family reunion, my aunt chose deep creek lake. We had rented homes on the lake, but we needed different accommodations. "Inn at Deep Creek -- great place for a time out!"
Two really difficult parts about staying at this inn -- convincing ourselves to get up and go see the waterfalls, and even convincing ourselves to head up the road to eat at one of the many great restaurants! "Warm and homey, but beware of marching drills"
My wife, son and I recently stayed here on on a ski weekend. The property has apparently been recently renovated. Our room was nice, with a king-sized bed and couch that folds out into a bed, a full kitchen (sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, large fridge, and all utensils). The common area just outside our room was very inviting, with couches, a gas […] fireplace, board games, a lending library, and a view of the lake at one end of the room. My only hesitation about returning is that there is a deck immediately above our room, and we often heard people walking around. Fortunately it was never when we were trying to sleep. "Deep Creek Inn"

"Friendly, helpful staff -- would stay here again"
Nothing but good things to say about this recently renovated hotel. While things were still being tweaked (we didn't any artwork on the walls, nor did we have chairs to sit on the balcony/porch) this hotel is a great deal.
