We loved our overnight here only wished we could stayed longer. Were obliging about special dietary requirements. Food was very good and service attentive. Stayed at the Colesbourne Inn the night before going to the Cheltenham Festival. The staff were really friendly, the bar cosy, the food fantastic and the room so comfy. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at the Colesbourne Inn. The room was spotless and everything looked brand new. The en suite was a good size and lovely and bright and modern. We slept really well, bed was extremely comfortable. Although the hotel is on quite a busy road we hardly heard any road noise. The breakfast was great, good choices and tasty. We ate in hotel […] on the two nights we stayed and absolutely loved the food and the whole atmosphere of the pub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely log fires which made it very cosy. The location is halfway between Cirencester and Cheltenham which is ideal for visiting the favourite Cotswold locations which are quite spread apart so does mean driving a few miles either way but well worth it. apart from a mix up on the booking - I was staying with my son so booked a twin room and we were somehow booked in for a valentines special double room and romantic dinner! The staff however sorted it out. This is a great little hotel, welcoming staff, good food and range of well kept beers.

This is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms and a really warm and welcoming bar and restaurant. Great special offers for dinner before 7pm. Very friendly staff and the beef stroganoff was superb.

When I booked I wasn't sure what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were spotless and the full breakfast was as good as it gets. I would go back to the Colesbourne and would recommend it to friends.

We felt very well looked after at the Colesbourne - all the staff were terrifically helpful and our stay was lovely. The room was very cheerful and comfortable, clean and up-to-date, with very nice amenities - proper coffee, biscuits, nice toiletries etc. Although we had the sort of double bed that is two singles squished together, that was un-noticeable […] and we were perfectly comfy, and the road outside is very quiet at night, so we slept well. As it is with country inns, eating there is pretty much your only choice, and we had a very pleasant and reasonable dinner - it's just a lovely traditional pub with log fires and lots of trinkets about. Breakfast was also great - to get a choice of lots of exciting things was rather fun, and the full English was good. Comfortable, clean room with very comfy bed. Dinners and breakfasts were a delight; superb food and good service. We were not rushed and the staff were friendly without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again

Everything about this place is quality in an informal setting. The food is very good, the staff friendly & the rooms spotless. Only one small (insignificant really) negative comment & that is that it would be good to have a bedside alarm clock. The Colesbourne is a typical country Inn in the heart of the Cotswolds. The village is quiet though the Inn is on what could be a major road. They have about 10 rooms in an old refurbished building attached to the pub and restaurant. The rooms are excellent and have just been refurbished. The Pub and restaurant served excellent meals which could be […] eaten in the bar or in the separate restaurant area. The quality of service, food and cleanliness was excellent. A five star hotel standard! We chose each evening the two or three course meals available up to 7pm. They were excellent value for money. It has a cosy, warm 'inn' atmosphere and therefore very relaxing. The location was also very good for seeing the south part of the Cotswolds. This hotel is slightly off the beaten track of the usual Cotswold towns, but it is well worth the short drive. The hotel was recently refurbished and the rooms are modern and comfortable. We had a fantastic dinner and nice, generous breakfast in the hotel pub. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Only there for 2 nights but what a great place. Just far away from the pub, but just close enough. Food was great and the owners are lovely people and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - it's clean, modern and ticks all the boxes

well appointed rooms and lovely bathroom. Bathroom mirror well lit and mist free - great for doing your make-up ladies! Food excellent quality and service very good. This is the second time we have stayed here and wouldn't look to stay anywhere else if we were in the area again.

Lovely old pub with very modern, clean rooms. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, but don't expect to be able to walk to a nearby village with shops etc. Restaurant good, but pricey. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good beer/beer garden and a very relaxing place to stay after a hard days driving or work. Free Wi-Fi a bonus.
