Hotel generally good, staff very friendly, food great, facilities good. Only problem for us personally was the mattress on the bed far too soft.

Love the hotel, over rated in terms of price. Room size (panorama) is too small compared to its price. Bus transportation to neama bay is good, complementary Airport transportation would be a plus for the price paid for the room.

Second time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel. Perfect for a short relaxing and luxury break from the winter gloom in England. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We hope to book again in November!!!!

Had a great stay here, the staff were great, helpful and polite. Food was very good, however for those not going all inclusive the beers at 4GBP a pop were a little steep. All in all a very good stay. BTW you should take the speedboat excursion to the russian shipwreck and snorkelling, that was a great additional trip (extra cost.)

Hotel facilities were good and it was very clean. we stayed in double comfort room for 10 nights b and b. it was a fantastic hotel and the staff were more than happy to help in any way possible. me and my wife had 3 spa treatments each and would definatly suggest a visit to the spa. overall a great hotel- no complaints at all! if we come back to sharm el sheikh we will stay at this hotel again!

Staff was attentive and helpful. Better if you speak Russian. I don't. Rooms were clean, not large, but adequate for the hotel rating. Shortages of hot water and failure of maintenance in the bathrooms (drains wouldn't open/close) very disappointing.

A very very good hotel indeed. Well run and polite, clean and very efficient. Trust the taxi drivers they provide , they are OK. However, expect to be using taxis to get about as the hotel is located towards the edge of Nama bay which means you will be using taxis a lot. Food is very repetative, I was not fully inclusive and I went out for dinner and […] I am pleased I did it that way as the food bored me after just 1 day. Regarding the wi-fi and internet access - this is *very* important to me as I need it to run my business. The wifi does not make it to the rooms. You have to sit in the central area to use the fee wifi and it is very very very slow and unreliable, there is only a single access point. You are supposed to be able to use ethernet in the room however this was so slow that it was not usable. No ethernet cable was provided, fortunately they have IP phones and I was able to use the wire from the phone. For me this is a big big thing, 3g is very fast however you would have to buy a local SIM card for that. I do not like the attitude of the taxi drivers who will rip you off at any opportunity, The shop was caught selling *fake& Pringles which tasted very odd! (this is not the hotels fault) Overall however, this hotel is very very good and deserving of being in the top 5 in Sharm. Pročitajte više

This is really a superb Art Deco hotel and I wish I could give it full marks. It is only let down by the loud music of a disco which is crazy as their are only a handful of people in there, yet it affects hundreds of people trying to sleep in the rooms above. It should be a more intimate and classy bar with nice background music so people can chat. The food is of a high standard for Egypt but is often served a la carte just barely warm. The main All Inclusive restaurant is of an excellent standard and there is something for everyone. Go all inclusive as snacks and drinks are very expensive. The food in this hotel was abysmal and made me sick. I was forced to eat it once because there is nothing else offered- snacks, vending machines, market, etc. There were some lovely staff members but overall the staff is not competent and can't understand simple English or simple directions. great place. staff very helpfull. there is though one minus I have encountered, is the small shop on the third floor ruined by a guy called SIMON, the shop is very-very over priced. Almost everything in his shop is at least 2-3 times more expensive then you will find in shops in Naama Bay. Watch out.

Looks like a four star hotel with a private beach and swimming pools. The food and the cocktails are dreadful, but expensive unless you are all inclusive. Some of the staff are nice, most of them are useless.

very bad insulation of sounds. You can hear all the noise from the corridor. First night we had screaming children until 2am, next morning at 7am those children were singing 'wake-up-dad' song and knocking the door. And it continued for 3days. Staff super nice, location setting stunning and snorkeling from the beach at the hotel is excellent. Hotel's business facilities terrible, wifi is very inconsistent and telephone lines are difficult to get out and automatically cut off every 25 mins which is annoying for conference calls. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Gardens were fantastic. Unfortunately the food wasn't brilliant but was still of a good standard. All of the staff were most kind and helpful and always polite and seemed genuinely interested in providing a good service.

Overall a very good experience at the hotel. It had a very lovely feel to it and the views were amazing. The hotel staff are very friendly and you do not feel like they are just providing a service for you to tip them, it actually felt like they wanted you to have the best holiday experience. Our rooms were cleaned to excellent standards everyday and even had a lovely feature made out of towels on one of the days. It can get abit noisy with the disco which goes on from 10pm till 1am and even though we were on the 6th Floor we could still hear the thumping away so goodness know how the floors below felt! Before arrival we requested a particular room (my wife had stayed previously) and the room was allocated to us . We found All the hotel staff from the cleaners ,waiters, front of house and managment to be friendly courtious well presented and well trained. we found no fault with the food or service so all in all a 5Star holel

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. It is in a fantastic location, close to Naama Bay if you want it but far enough away that the noise does not distract you. The rooms, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff and facilities are brilliant. I can't comment on the evening entertainment as did not experience it, it seemed to be at strange times when […] we were either getting ready for or eating dinner. We didn't participate in the daytime activities but saw lots of people who did, and it was varied and plentiful and no pressure was applied if you simply want to relax and sunbathe. The Shuttle bus into Naama Bay is a nice addition although it only takes 15 minutes to walk it...albeit not a very scenic one and you will get tooted by numerous cabs on the way. As they are so cheap, you could just grab one if the minibus times do not suit you. Check the average cost at reception to make sure you are not ripped off. The reef on the coast of the hotel may not as impressive as some others in Egypt but you can still some some amazing fish up close and have two jetty's to swim off from. The food and drink is plentiful and if you get the chance to eat in the restaurants as part of the All Inclusive option then do it, they serve lovely fresh cooked food and it is a change from the buffet. I have stayed in many hotels in Egypt during my previous visits in Sarl-El-Sheikh, Hurghada and Cairo and staff were indifferent to my needs, but not so at the Stella Di Mare. The location is convenient to the beach (just 10 metres away) and Naama Bay (2-5min driving). The room well appointed with a gorgeous view of the red sea. The bed is comfortable, […] room spacious and shower heavenly. I took advantage of room service, the fitness center and SPA, all of which were excellent. The concierges on duty were top notch and made key recommendations to us on transportation and restaurants. Loved the staff, when I asked for anything, the staff (in the person of Michelle Ibrahim) was polite and accommodating (though no one knew what "turndown service" was, they made an effort to provide it when requested). This seems simple, like the basics of good service, but I have stayed at other expensive, fine, five star hotels in Egypt where, when I asked about rooms at a hotel owned by the same chain, I were told I could call (and not given the number), when I asked for a taxi, we were told they'd stop if we went out to the street and waved one down, and where service was clearly not emphasized. With a beautiful buildings, lovely rooms, gorgeous view and high quality of service, Stella Di Mare like a breath of fresh air. STELLA DI MARE is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room the first two nights was probably the worst in the hotel as it was above the in-house nightclub. We were promptly moved upon our complaint (although not with a king size bed which is what we had purchased on hotels.com) to a room one floor up which was a lot quieter. It was my husbands birthday whilst there […] and the hotel really went out of its way to make him feel special - they presented him with a delicious cake complete with candles, a newspaper and chocolate bar. All very thoughtful. The snorkelling here at this resort is an absolute must. Buy snorkels in town on your first night. The fish are incredible! very nice hotel, enjoyed our stay in the hotel and in sharm. the only inconvenience was that the hotel, though very near to nema bay, reaching the bay envolved making a detour to get to the main st. and from it to other areas. the location should lead to better shutle services.
