PROS: Walking distance to city, MCG, Bridge Rd and some nice restaurants. Awesome breakfast (includes hot food). Nice dining area. Ensuite had been redone. Free movies. Quiet for a BnB - not much noise from above or next door. CONS: Room run down. Bed was uncomfortable (room 14). Fridge stank of sour milk. Room was musty. Vines growing through the screen […] so window couldn't fully close, and spiders were living inside window area. Use of laundry is not free (listing did not indicate this). We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. It was quite easy to get to city...tram or train station is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Amenities like convenience stores or other shops were at walking distance. Georgian Court does so much right but somehow manages to just miss the mark. It is clean and quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom (I had an ensuite room) tidy and stocked and the breakfast well layed out with a good variety of food. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay at the Georgian Court . The breakfast was great, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and warm.
