Location is far away from everything, in the middle of nowhere. Misleading advertisement: I booked a room, when I arrive I am informed that my room doesn't have a private bathroom, instead shares one with other rooms, and tried to offer me an upgrade by an extra cost, of course. "Great service and location for being near Usaquen"
The hotel staff are all excellent and friendly. They made all the difference in being a high quality experience from just another hotel. They great you right away, remember your name, think of service and are just smart and friendly. I was staying in this area to be near my family so the choice for me was fine. If I wanted to be in Candelaria, the old […] section, its a long taxi ride (they are not that expensive) but with Bogota traffice its terrible during morning and evening rush hour. i liked the super friendly staff. here to help you with everythign. breakst was very personal and good. the rooms were ok, but really noisy! i didnt sleep well. besides the noise everything ok. one thing i didnt like was that i had to pay more money as the bathrooms were susposted to be shared. and when booking, the hotel, this was not written nowhere. El hotel, esta en una buena ubicacion, a una cuadra del Centro Comercial. La atencion del personal es buena. El problema es que no tienen plancha y tampoco cafetera en los cuartos.
