Avoidable. There are better B&Bs in the area. We had a very bad experience on day 1 of our stay. The shower wasn't working, the kettle didn't work, the flush didn't work properly etc. It was very annoying to not have even the basics taken care of. We were moved to another room on the next day which was okay. I wouldn't go back again

This B & B is definately not the Ritz, its a little bit tired and is quite different to most places I stay. it is very convienently located but had no parking facilities. Very steep stairs especially if you have the room in the attic... Strange decor, strange rooms and strange breakfast, in fact a very strange place

We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast is two fried eggs on toast plus fruit juice, cereals toast and jam etc. There is a bus stop outside for the station and the city centre, about 8-10 minutes for the centre, and just a few minutes walk away from the guest house there is a parade of restaurants of different types. Don't stay there! The hotel charged me, despite me having paid Hotels.com (I thought they were just running my card details through). They found excuses to delay repaying me for a week! - I had to threaten court action! When we arrived we had to telephone before anyone let us in - no apology. There is no "parking"- we had to use the local vets!The "full […] breakfast" does not include cereals or choice of juice and is very basic (no sausage). I asked for "just eggs" and was served one egg on a plate! I The lady in charge was very "offish" and annoyed when I asked for an extra egg. She then tried to charge us for a breakfast ,when it was in our deal. I had a printout with me, but she backed down immediately - obviously a scam. It seemed always as though she was doing us a favour! The room was very small and the bathroom archaic. The hot water was intermittant - a bath would have been impossible. Pročitajte više
