The hotel had a shuttle and driver who picked me up late at night after my flight was delayed. The hotel was very nice with an indoor pool. There were cookies at the front desk. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. The complimentary crib was nice to have and there was free laundry; you provide the soap. Overall a great place to stay, I would go back.

Very comfortable stay, clean room. Continental style breakfast. Same person manning desk and servicing the buffet - had to wait for some food items to be restocked. Book library in lobby for guests (must return books before leaving).

Great stay and very friendly, helpful staff! We ordered supper from an outside restaurant and ate it in the dining area. The front desk staff were very friendly and inviting. A consistant problem we have with the Country Inn & Suites hotels are the lack of bedding for the pull-out sofa. Our king bed room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Obviously, we were planning to use the pull-out sofa, but there was no bedding in the room for the sofa. Very clean business hotel, stayed one night while in Madison on business. Front desk staff was very polite and even escorted me to my room to make sure everything was OK. Cookies upon arrival ar front desk and a better than average breakfast in the morning. Convenient to several dinner options and a Cracker Barrel. Would stay again.

Overall we had a great stay. Great service, clean room, good breakfast. Ironing board was a nice plus. Only issue we had was being double billed by the hotel staff took care of this right away.

We arrived on a Saturday evening with plans to visit the space center in Huntsville the next day. We were greeted at the front desk and engaged in a nice chat with the person checking us in. Stayed at this hotel in order to catch an early morning flght. Hotel is less than 5 minutes to Hunstville Airport. Very clean, very up-to-date. Very good value. You will not go wrong with a stay here.

We stayed for only one night. But the facilities were some of the best of our trip. Our daughters loved the indoor pool. The location was convient except for exiting to the main roadway was difficult due to traffic flow.

Everything from check in to check out was pleasant. Staff was attentive and friendly, room was CLEAN, which is the most important thing to me in any hotel stay. The ONLY complaints I have (1) tv did not offer a MENU, had to flick from channel to channel to find show; (2) fan in bathroom did not work AND the WATER PRESSURE is TERRIBLE in shower.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I don't know how old it is, but it looks brand new inside & out. Beds were so comfortable, from the large, fluffy comforter to the full, stuffed pillows, allows for a great night's sleep. The hot breakfast was excellent with plenty of seating available. I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel is right off exit 9 on I-565, which made it really easy to get on the interstate and see the sights of Huntsville. I've stayed at this hotel once before while on a business trip to Madison. This time as was the previous time my stay was great. The locate to both events of my trip was ideal. Hotel faculity is great as well. Look forward to visting this Country Inn & Suites for my trips to Madison in the future.

Best staff ever, made me feel at home, not at a hotel. When free shuttle ride to airport was not immediately available, manager on duty called and paid for a cab. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again!

This is a quiet location away from the traffic noise. It is not too far off the interstate. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

This property was an excellent choice for our needs. The beds were extremrly comfortable, the sleeper was full size and the staff was very accomodating. I would stay here in the future and recommend it to other travelers.

The owner keeps the pool and hot tub at very cool temps and he is the only one with a key to change the temps. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the hot free breakfast. Had just hastily selected the motel for an overnight business trip and didn't realize all the indoor facilities such as pool and gymn. The breakfast included hot items such as eggs and pancakes. Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in the area.

I have sleep apnea and use a machine nightly. While staying here there was a power outage for over 3hrs. When I called the desk to ask about the problem the kid said the power is out. No kidding. No back up generator no compensation. No one gave a crap. Other wise all was good. The young lady Jenny during the day was very nice.
