ROSEMONT SUITES - Norwich

Awesome service great room great price best deal in the area. Rosémont was overbooked so I was moved into one of the Marriott rooms can't complain.

This place is pretty bare bones and is hidden in the back of a larger hotel chain. You MUST check in at the main hotel which is a quick walk around the corner. The rooms are pretty large and bare bones. Nothing is fancy or nice but it does its job well. If you're looking for a spacious place to crash and aren't looking for luxury do this place up.

The room STUNK of smoke. it was just disgusting. Coupled with the outdated and frankly disgusting shower curtain, which was full of mold, the room was just gross. It wouldnt kil them to maybe update furnishings and other things. I wont ever stay there again, thats for sure. I booked 3 rooms at The Rosemont Suites for June 30th. All 3 rooms were disgusting. The rugs were damp, there was left over food in all 3 refrigerators, dead bugs on the floor in the bathrooms, globs of hair on the floor by the sinks,there was a stick on the window ledge that was there to hold the window closed and the chef in the Marriott part of the […] hotel was rude. I complained at checkout and was told that they would mention it to the cleaning staff. Never offered a discount or anything else to try to compensate for our terrible stay. Rosemont Suites was a bit noisy with a lot of running and pounding from the floor above.bathroom shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest.Internet access was limited and spotty. However it was convenient to the highway and to my destination,the room was comfortable but needs to have info regarding checkout time and local attractions

The room and hotel was nice. The staff very pleasant. My only complaint is that there was no 24 hour shuttle to Mohegan Sun. They start the shuttle service at 3pm till late at night. It should be offered by request from 6am-3pm. $20.00 cab fare to get to Mohegan Sun and 15-20 away.
