Good location but that is about it. The room we had smelled strongly of mould. It wasn't very clean as one would expect from this rate hotel. The staff at the reception was unpolite and the service at check out really slow and unfriendly once again. Will not go back there again.

3 days of cold shower, 1 morning of no water at all, very rude staff (no acknowledgments of the guests as far as a simple hi or bye or an appology for not providing even warm water)poor choice of items for the complementary breakfast with flies sitting on some of them. 100% disappointed with choosing LK Metropole after residing in 6 other hotels thru […] out my stay in Thailand which were outstanding and pleasant. "LK Metro. Pattaya"
Good location, close to shopping areas, bars and seaside (such as it is!). Hotel staff friendly and helpful, includes buffet breakfast and a good selection from menu. Room nicely furnished and cleaned daily. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the bathroom which needed a complete make over and the shower was only a hand held type in the bath […] with just a rubber hose. "Nice to be there"
There was my second time staying in LK.Tthis time with my friend,we had reservation for 2 standard rooms ,but got upgradet to 2 Oriental suite....... very nice good service too.thanks a lot will be back ........

"走路到BEACH ROOD約十分鐘"
飯店很有歐風的味道, 位置不是很好, 但也不會很離逛街區或海邊, 早餐自有幾種套餐可以選擇再加上簡單的 水果吧, 沙拉吧, 麵包吧與果汁牛奶吧可以自由取用, 可以吃得很飽沒有問題....飯店的房間很乾淨, 有大大的冰箱可以冰存我們買的水果與飲料, 飯店的人員的服務態度很好, 大部分都微笑迎人
"OK for low cost..."
Not the best location, and old, but pretty rooms. Small pool area, placed in a "parking lot". AirCondition in room didn´t work. But OK room for low cost. Service was OK...but took to long time to fix AC

３部屋借りました お風呂の水が溜められなかったり トイレが流れなかったり シャワーの水が熱かったり冷たかつたり ヤモリがいたり エアコンの温度調節が出きなかったり トイレが水浸しになったり 限がありませんが 掃除は丁寧で部屋は綺麗でした。 英語が少しできれば快適です。

Nice hotel strategic location. It has clean and big rooms. The breakfast though is very poor and the swimming pool is really small.....
