I love staying at th Nolitan - I travel frequently to NYC for business, and this hotel is on my go-to list. I love the slippers, the counter space, the fan in the room, the comfortable bed. I sleep with earplugs, so the noise from the street outside doesn't bother me, and I am always happy to wake up at this hotel.

All hotel rooms should be hardwood and tile (no nasty carpet). Room was smaller, but perfect in every way. Balcony bonus was great. Priced great at the time for the location and quality. Friendly staff.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is awesome, so close to shops and restaurants. The restaurant in the lobby had great food. I would def stay here again and again.

Perfect location for a one night getaway....Spent the night in Jazz Clubs in near by Greenwich Village!!! Awesome view from the Cityscape view on the ninth floor. Perfect spot. Apart from the room being very small - although I know this is the case with many hotels in NY (and actually being in NY you don't need to spend any time in your room!) - the hotel was fine. Fantastic location - we walked everywhere. Hotel is really nice - small and friendly. Can be very noisy on Kenmare St so ask for a room on higher floors.

Due to Sandy storm I had two hotel rooms. I was able to donate this room to Race2Recover. The Nolitan was great in letting Race2Recover switch the room to the next night and allowing them to use the room. Race2Recover also said that the Nolitan were unbelievable not only with my room but they also donated 5 rooms for 2 nights.

The hotel itself is nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. The merit of the hotel is the location but it is also the defect. The hotel is located in the Lower East side of Soho, it is just a couple streets away from the Soho shopping area and a lot of good restaurants. HOWEVER because of the hotel sits on such a busy street with a lot of trucks […] passing by during the night and early morning the noise caused us to have a bad night sleep for couple of days UNTIL we got the ear plugs. We were on 6th floor. We couldn't imagine if we stayed on the lower floor. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to avoid. The atmosphere of the hotel is a bit "edgy", casual but professional and the staff takes a personal interest in its guests. The rooms are pleasant with a very comfortable mattress, but mine had only a desk chair, no chair in which to "lounge". I would definitely book again at the Nolitan.

Arrived at 3.00pm, and was told that they were unfortunately running late with housekeeping, and my room would be ready in 30 minutes. By 5.00pm and still no room after a very long flight, I got very angry......especially as they knew the room or any room was not going to be available, as so just kept lying!!!!!The hotel is not fully built and the noise […] from the workers plus the blocked a/c ducts is very annoying. The room was covered in plaster dust, and I thought an alarm was going off in the hotel by the noise of the a/c. While waiting for my room, I used the toilets for guests near the Lobby, and found them disgustingly dirty. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was hopeless. She was inexperienced and quite useless, and all she could say is "we are short staffed today...sorry". Check-in time at all hotels around the world is 3.00pm. If they were short staffed that is not MY problem. They would have known this and could easily call for additional help! The next day, i went out and returned t my room at 6.00pm........The room had NOT been cleaned or touched!!!! What a joke. I was told I should have put a sign on my door to tell them to attend......What a useless hotel So I then could not return to my room until they found someone to clean it and give me clean bathe towels. Very high cost for a little room with a bizarre configuration. Good location ; just a small walk to Soho, Petite Italie and Quartier Chinois, but the immediate area outside the hotel make it loose it's "glamour".

Cityscape Queen Balconyに２泊しました。 最上階の割と良い部屋を押えたつもりでしたが、部屋が非常に狭くスーツケースを一つ広げると足の踏み場がなくなってしまいます。 バスタブは無し。 朝食がバイキングで数種類のパンとカットフルーツのみ。コーヒーオーダーしたら２人で４５ドル！！高すぎます。 場所が良いので割高感は否めないです。 ただ、キレイで快適です。
