Il était annoncé un restaurant qui ne ré-ouvre que le 1er janvier 2012. A partir de 20h/20h30 plus personne à l'accueil donc difficile en cas de problème de prévenir quelqu'un d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre. l'hotel dans votre site était présenté comme un hotel deux étoiles alor qu'il était loin de l'etre: odeures dans la chambre insoutenable (tabac) petits dejeunés en réservant sur votre site étaient inclus alors qu'a l'arrivé on me dis de les payer se que j'ai du faire, les tâches noire sur les murs, ainsi que les lumières, qui ne sont que des vulgaire […] ampoules au plafont, la salle de bain insalubre avec les joints de la douche et de lévier noire. Un grand coup de neuf ne ferait pas de mal ! Sinon facile à trouver, bon petit déjeuner et bien accueilli mais propreté un peu limite au niveau literie.

Nous avons été très déçu de l'accueil, la réceptionniste qui se plaint des horaires qu'elle fait et d autres remarque. Dans la réservation le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix alors qu'il a fallu le payer sur place (erreur sur le site internet soi-disant la réceptionniste). Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour plusieurs critères au niveau de la […] chambre, déception il n'y avait pas le téléphone - le mini bar (que nous avions besoin pour garder le lait de notre fille au frais) et pas de climatisation. Les chambres sont vraiment très petites, on peut à peine ouvrir une valise sur le sol. Pour un 2 étoiles, vraiment déçu. I did a reservation for 3 people (myself, my wife and daughter) for the night of July 6/7. We went to the address provided in confirmation letter which I got through internet. Once there, we did not found the hotel we expected to reserve for and whose name was indicated in the confirmation paper, i.e. the Hotel Paris France but the Balladins Hotel Emerainville […] (I would never reserve in any Balladins because of the opinion I have of thesehotels). We arrived after 10 p.m. and there was nobody in the reception. We tried then to obtain the numerical key (access code) through the automatic key delivery system installed at the entrance but this system did not work. People staying in the same hotel told us that they had the same problem the day before and advised us to call at the hotel emergency number what we did several times without success. (Similar cases have been noticed by other clients, as one can read in the list of reports published by the booking.com organisation e.g. for November 22, 2010 or July 15, 2011). I have recorded the description of the problem at the automatic recording emergency system of the hotel and I provided my mobile phone number but nobody answered to this call (until now!). Then a taxi driver (who went to the hotel with a client) informed us of the existence of another Balladins hotel in the next village and graciously offered to bring us there in the hope to find some staff. Unfortunately, once again there was nobody at the reception. I tried to call the hotel emergency service (2 more times) but again with no result. After these unsuccessful attempts we decided to continue our travel to the south looking for another hotel. As all hotels until Orlean (including) were full we decided to spent the rest of the night in the car at the parking of the Formula 1 in Orlean (with kind permission of the hotel staff). L'accueil acceptable mais les horaires et l'enseigne sur le site ne sont pas exacts. Arrivés à 21 heures un dimanche soir, l'accueil est déjà fermé depuis 19 heures.....! La chambre standard est dans un état limite (trace d'humidité sur les murs dans la chambre et la salle de bain), la literie est de qualité moyenne. La situation de l'hotel est agréable et calme et facile à trouver depuis l'autoroute, c'est déjà ça, mais tout l'ensemble mériterait un grand coup de rénovation. Pročitajte više
