Overall a satisfying experience. Bed was a little on the hard ( firm ) side for me, but others may like it. Went to eat breakfast at 9 a.m. ( served until 9:30 ), and found most things empty. Asked the hotel server about putting more food out and she said she was not going to be making more. That breakfast was almost over. I told her we were told it […] was served until 9:30 and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I inquired with the front desk about this and they said she would be making more, that breakfast was not over yet, and quickly went and corrected the situation. More food was made and about 10 more people were served breakfast. This should not have happened, but I do appreciate the efficiency with which it was handled by management. Pročitajte više

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was easy to find thanks to my GPS. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The entire hotel was very clean. Also, they offer fresh cookies in the evening.

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable, excellent staff, great breakfast, quiet. Close to Wal-Mart, restaurants and other-convenient. Looking forward to next visit.

The hotel was still quite new and very clean. Breakfast was good, service was great. The elevator was broken when we checked in, no problem for us but for quite a few other people.

"Good room at a good price"
Room was clean. Breakfast was good, they even offered eggs, sausage, biscuits and pancakes. The kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

"Sleep Inn - close to many different restaurants"
The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the experience at this hotel. There are many different restaurants close by, along with an Anytime Fitness and a Wal-Mart. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Shreveport area.

"Excellent Stay"
We have stayed at this Sleep Inn several times in the last two Years and everytime it's been great. The rooms are clean, the help is kind and polite, and willing to help if needed. The pool area is very well maintained. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. We also loved the location. Oh yea, the beds are very comfortable.

The hotel appears to be somewhat new. I stayed there twice. Once on my way to Monroe and once on my way back from there. Both stays were excellent. Staff was gracious and considerate. Rooms were clean, comfy and quiet! Enjoyed both stays and will return.
"A little noisy but otherwise..great."
This hotel was as advertised. Very nice room with upgraded furnishings. Only problem was the noise from I-20 which runs right in front of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was great.

Check in process was awful, but things improved after that. The room was nice and clean and had bright decor. Breakfast was generous but staffing was sparse - go around the right corner to find the hot items.
