Hotel location is excellent, staff are friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. The one negative i would say is given the room charges the hotel is not the best value for money, considering there are a number of hotels in very close proximaty that offer equally good accomodation but at a much reduced price.

After a long flight you would expect to get into your room without any further anxs. The room door would not open due to a fault with lock. The bell boy told me that another guest was relocated a few hours before my arrival. Why would hotel waste more time by sending another guest to the same room with a faulty lock. Close to Haram. I've checked-in late at night and the process in the reception took 5 mins only. Hotel restoran for breakfast is convenience but not many choices for oriental food. Check-out is at 12 noon eventhough check-in at 5 pm (many hotel in Madinah, Mekkah & Jeddah check-out can be up to 2pm or 3pm). I am a regular guest of Rotana hotels in UAE but was really disappointed with their Makkah hotel. The room cleanliness was way below 5 stars standards. The most disppointing part of the trip was the elevators and the A/Cs which went out of service for at least 2 hours in the morning and forced us and several other guests to use the stairs to get to […] 7th and 14th floors in some cases. Some guests including my mother in law who joined my wife in this trip were more than 70 years old. Staff was courteous but gave an impression of discrimination. I have been living in that country before and been to Mecca several times. Overall it is a good hotel. Very nice restaurants and breakfast was really giving the touch of that region traditions.

Everything was almost perfect. The hotel is next to Alharam, with an abundance of shops and resturants in lower floors. Most of the rooms overlook the Ka'aba.

Convenient location; fairly efficient elevators even at Salah times; decent size rooms although bathroom is somewhat cramped; haram view rooms does not have a great view but a view of the haram nonetheless. Great breakfast - restaurant has some Kabah view tables. Overall very good hotel

The only letdown were the fact that they had us wait till 4 PM to get to our room when we arrived at 4 am extremely tired from the flight. However though, there was one recipient at the hotel who felt sorry for us and helped us score a similar room and check in earlier.

Nearest to Kaba. Five star amenities. However our room phoen wasnt working. They didnt fix it even after two days of reporting it at the front desk. Bellboys provide zamzam water for a nominal price ($30/bag). They are very wager to help out on your needs. Apart from the haram view, the breakfast menu and quality triumphed. We would have loved it if […] they had a chef's cooking station dishing out our choice of omelettes, but the other dishes took away some of the disappointment. Again, more Indo-Pakistani dishes would have been welcome. What I found strange was the receptionist apparently bad mouthing about another irate guest to me. This is simply not done. Period. الفندق في خدماته وغُرَفِه رائعٌ جداً للأسف منذ الحادية عشر من صباح يوم المغادرة قامت عمالة الفندق بإزعاجنا للخروج عبر الإستخدام المتكرر للجرس وذلك بدعوى رغبة عملاء آخرين بالسكن مع أن موعد المغادرة متبقي فيه أكثر من ثلاث ساعات كذلك لم نُمكّن من سكن الغرفة إلا الساعة الخامسة عصراً بدعوى تنظيف الغرفة للأسف الفندق إدارتهُ غير واعية ولا مُدرّبة مُطلقاً

الفندق رائع وخدماته ممتازة ونظيف جدا وهادئ وبوفيه الافطار متنوع وفاخر ومتعدد الاصناف وليس عندي ملاحظات على الفندق الا في دورة المياه حيث إن ماء الشطاف في الشتاء بارد وهناك تجمع للمياه في ارضية الحمام وهذا لا يقلل عندي من جودة خدمات الفندق وانا انصح به بشدة حيث يعتبر عندي من افضل الفنادق التي سكنتها في مكة ولكم جزيل الشكر

المبني ممتاز الاثاث جيد ولكن الخدمه والرسبشن لم تكن جيده فلم يتعاونو جيدا ز كان دخولي الساعه التاسعه صباحا بعد اداء اعمال العمره وقد طلبت تمديد فترت الخروج لساعتين ولكن تم الرفض بطريقه ناهيه وليست حضاريه. كما لان حجز التاكسي يكون صعب جدا لان مواقف التاكسي توجد تحد الابراج الضخمه مما يؤدي من اصحاب التكاسي رفع الاسعار لانهم ضمنو احتكار المكان ولا يمكنك […] البحث في اي مكان اخر كما ان الفنادق تاخذ منهم نسبه او رسومز Pročitajte više
