Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha - Doha

Great stay but only for a day. Close to the biggest shopping center in Doha. Rooms were clean and hotel service great !

We enjoyed our stay overall. Found interesting quirks about the hotel. Beds very low to ground, showers with only a rain shower head and no spray shower, not consistent daily service. Food was absolutely fabulous, we enjoyed every morsel.

The hotel is lower than what I use to experience in Dubai! For some reason, it doesn't feel like the same hotel!!! However, everything else was just fine. (Breakfast) is the worst experience. I recommend taking a taxi to Shareton Hotel and having their same price vut better value breakfast.

The hotel (more of a residence) was in a good location and the staff at the reception were excellent. However, I found the concierge was rather blunt and not helpful when we were enquiring about a local transport to visit a nearby museum. It may be due to lack of her English fluency or the manner of speaking. Our room was not cleaned on our second day […] inspite of a signage left on the door knob. We only had a short 24 hr stay at the Kempinski Doha which i booked out of a range of 5 star hotels because of free wifi mainly. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. We got an upgrade to a 4 bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise - slightly wasted on my mother and I but appreciated nonetheless. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. […] The furnishings were rather standard, not the highest end but perfectly acceptable. Bed was comfortable. What a place !!! Upgraded to a huge room, service perfect !!! 5 mn walking from City center for shopping... Eventhough there is a lot of building around, it will be the top in one year... The pool is amazing and hanging around at the bar downstairs was nice. Five stars for the breakfast top view at 61st floor !!! Cheers.

Only stayed for a couple of nights but the location is great, the suite I was placed in was exceptional, clean and well fitted out. Staff were very helpful so overall a good choice at a reasonable rate considering Doha is expensive anyway.

Just finished two weeks at the Kempinski and was impressed with every facet of their operation. The room, an apartment really, was fabulous, super clean and modern, and perfect for my needs. When you are staying in a strange place for so long, you need a home, not just a hotel room. The kitchen was larger than many I've seen in the States and far more […] modern, with all the appliances and tools you could possibly want. The combo washer-dryer for clothes was an absolute life saver for such a long visit. The Carrefour hyper-mart (and the huge City Center Mall) is a modest stroll away for supplies. The bar downstairs is OK, with a decent happy hour (beers are USD5.50 until 7pm) and a nice vibe. The indoor pool and workout rooms are top notch if you need to work up a sweat. The best part was the staff. This is "Four Seasons" quality, 5 stars if it was located in the States. Nothing was too difficult for these folks. Super friendly, super service. Housekeeping was perfect (I left QR10 each day which was appreciated). Other hotels in the area might be fine for a couple of nights but if you are going to "live" in Doha for a while, the Kempinski is your destination. Pročitajte više

This is truly ONE of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We were so lucky to get upgraded to a bigger apartment. There were a number of Pros like: View, Quietness, friendly staff, Decor, etc... However the Cons included: expensive room service menu, slow response in some services, limited TV Ch. Great experience, We will definitely come again

Great hotel, perhaps something to do with the fact that they upgraded me to a 3 bedroom suite on check in! Anyway, very good West Bay location, good facilities and much more reasonable than similar surrounding hotels like the Intercon. Good choice for business travellers.

Unfortunately I only stayed one night in this fantastic hotel. I has definitely been one of my best hotel experience and I have travelled a lot both in connection with work and privately. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Doha.

The hotel was located in a side road in a somewhat new development area that didnt have regular access to taxis. So you were forced to use the hotel's overpriced (ie 4 times the normal price) to get to meetings. And their driver was clueless when it came to directions. The hotel service lacked warmth and support from staff that a business traveller […] needed when in town for only 24 hours. I would definitely stay at the W Hotel literally next door, as it felt more alive, more warmth from the staff ie what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The Kempinski's apartments were nice, but not for business travellers, more for a family holiday. The one bedroom apartment I stayed in had a horrid view of a building next door and the windows were very dirty so I kept the sheer curtains closed during the day. Only the 2 bedroom apartments had a view of the water apparently and were on the higher level. I was on the 4th floor. Room service wasnt great, as club sandwich was very oily, and the menu said it came with fries but it didnt. I was in a rush so didnt have time to raise it with them. I would definitely not stay here again as it felt like a ghost hotel, hardly any guests or ambiance. Pročitajte više

As a suite hotel, the Kempinski accommodation is much more flexible than a standard hotel. With a Carrefour within walking distance, it was easy to stock up on items that are outrageously expensive on room service - a distinct advantage of you're budget conscious. Nice bar, very good staff.

الفندق رائع جدا .. حجزت جناح غرفة نوم وصالة وتم ترقيتي إلى جناح 3 غرف نوم وصالة بالمجان وكان أكثر من رائع .. يحوي الجناح على 3 غرف نوم وغرفة خادمة و4 حمامات وطاولة طعام ل 8 أشخاص ومطبخ كامل يحوي على عدة الطبخ كاملة وكذك على فرن وماكرويف وغسالة وغسالة صحون .. الاستقبال أكثر من رائع والوصول إلى الفندق سهل جدا وقريب من السيتي سنتر

Hotellet kan anbefales med hensyn til service og ,renhold .Store flotte rom og alltid meget hyggelig betjening. Vi bodde der i 10 døgn og hvis vi ikke hadde hatt et så komfortabelt hotell å bo på, hadde vi holdt ut så lenge da Qatar overhode ikke er et ferieland. 2 til 3 døgn er mer enn nok.

A very good hotel at a decent rate. Excellent, attentive staff. Right next to one of Doha's large malls, it's location is okay. Too bad, though, that there is no top floor restaurant from which to enjoy the view.

In qatar it's also centrally located so one can walk to a big shopping mall with restaurants etc. and even if there is some building construction around Kempinski, one does not notice it when one is inside. Beautifully decorated roooms and everything is in working order and clean

I really recommend this hotel, it was nice, very good location (near City Center) and the rooms are very spacious. There is a nice bar, gym and pool as well. Very good of them to NOT charge for the Internet so a big plus for the free Internet.
