The stay was satisfactory, the only problems were 1. The pillows were way too sof which is uncomfortable and 2. The wifi router does not connect while inside the room, you need to stand near the dooor to get connection even in rooms near to the router.

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel is beautiful, but our room was not quite up to US standards of cleanliness (grimy grout in the bathroom for example) but the bedding was spotless. Overall, a pleasant stay. Very close to the airport, perfect for layover stay. Only 15 minutes by taxi. Excellent service by all staff. Very pleasant. They had a tray of apples waiting at the room upon arrival. Will return when opportunity arises.

The hotel was great, I was supposed to stay from 3 pm until the next morning, but do to some major screw ups on Saudi Airlines (avoid if at all possible), I didn't get to the hotel until 1am . A beautiful hotel and 8 minutes from airport for those looking for an overnight between flight connections. Seems like a new hotel and the rooms and settings are beautiful. Wish I had a longer time to enjoy all that was offered, but was just there between flights.

Dont ever book at this hotel. I had the worst experience in this hotel. unprofessional staff, bad and noisy location, unhelpful maintance team, keys did not work and I had to go to reception area multiple time to get activate my key and the reason was is that they changed the keys and did not let the customer know, consierage was unhelpful and did […] not want to provide any support, my luggage took one hour to reach my room upon check-in, room-service was awful as they forgot orders and took more than 45 minitues, staff don’t speak English and it was hard to communicate with them, they did not honour my friend's booking on expedia and looked him out of the room and after my friend spend his own money calling expedia and made sure that booking is correct and after she had to yell at them then they allowed her back to her room (can you believe locking her out of her room where she had her passport, laptop and personal belongings!!!!). I would highly recommend this hotel. Its location is approx 5 minutes to the airport but has the convenience of local shops and easy access to transport for the rest of Cairo. Staff service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and any requests for help or service were met with enthusiasm and kindness. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were very much appreciated and its easy to buy extra supplies at the local supermarkets, as the hotel prices for water and top ups are too high but at the same time normal for 5* hotels in Egypt. Room service food was fine and a reasonable price but the breakfast is expensive at $15. If your a cheapscape like me take some cereals and buy some milk outside! There is also a KFC just over the road.....ask for directions as you won't see it from the hotel, and also there are some nice cafes on the same street as KFC. Taxi from the airport is LE50 which you can't get around as the government has fixed the price but on the way back pay no more than LE20. The Front Desk was nice. Everyone very friendly. The people cleaning the rooms were nice, But they were inconsistant in making sure that you had everything you needed in the room when they cleaned. One day you had wash cloths and the next you did not. They would come in the morning and let you know that they were going to clean and not get to it until […] late that afternoon. again it's all about the water pressure in the showers, which i believe is very & extremely important for the guest, they do have the water saving device on the shower head which only allows drops of water to come out, but it's very stupid, because the guest will keep the water running for a much much longer time in order to wash the soap off his body […] while if the water pressure was strong the guest would use less water then, so the whole concept is so stupid !!! I would only stay here as an option to being very close to the airport. The hotel was nice but the room we were given had a bad smell. I went downstairs and spoke to Marian at the front desk. The hotel was full but she was AMAZING and immediately found us another room. This room was MUCH better, however the second night, the AC stopped working, but […] it was our last night and I am sure that if I mentioned it to Marian, she would have fixed the problem. The only real reason I would not stay there is that it is so far away from downtown and tourist sites. ALSO - hotel provides airport transportation for $10 US dollars but a taxi ride is only 10 pounds which is about $2 US dollars. There are black taxis and white taxis, ONLY take the white taxis as they have a meter and cannot rip you off and charge whatever they want BUT make sure they turn it on. Seems as though it is a new hotel. It is in very good shape, modern furniture and design. It has an internet center and a beautiful roof-top pool. Friendly staff. Close to the airport but not really close to main city (msr al gedeeda).. but taxis in Egypt are cheap anyway, a ride to City Stars from the hotel was only 12 egyptian pounds!

I loved the hotel. We received a complimentary afternoon snack each day. The beds were amazing!!! And the pool area was great with a neat view from atop the building. And it was very close to the airport--maybe a 5 minute drive!! Would definitly stay again.

The hotel and service were excellent. The concierge was really helpful. Bit disappointed the pool area and gym was under refurbishment but it didn't spoil the visit. Great location for the airport, but the hotel location in Heliopolis leaves a little to be desired.
