Firstly with the location. While the view from the Balcony is picturesque, the roads around the hotel are a maze of one way streets. No taxi seems to recognize the hotel as Arjaan. Peak hour traffic in the neighbourhood can be frustrating. NOISY - Traffic with all the honking, ambulances and police cars seem to get through to you even on the 11th floor. […] Room was not disappointing however they seem to have fell short on their promise of memory foam topped mattress. Bathroom ceiling is very low, only suitable for somebody who is off 5'5" or below in height. Its also a little congested. I do have the regret of not visiting the roof top restaurant which is famous for its view. Service generally lacks the Star appeal - staff are generally indifferent. Overall Value For Money - Most of my time was spent outside the hotel, sightseeing and not in the hotel facilities, however I feel that if I wanted to spend time in the hotel, I would have spent some more to stay at a Resort or could have saved some money by picking a cheaper but good quality B&B. A Very nice location in beirut far from the noise and crowd of downtown but yet so close if you want to walk or take a taxi, very nice and clea hotel, huge rooms, wonderfull views of the mediterenean, and much much more, has a lot of places to eat close by

I've stayed at Rotana hotels before so I was disappointed with this hotel. My room had a sewage/piping problem so the bathroom smelled bad. I also overlooked a parking lot and had the smell of fried chicken (from the KFC below) wafting into the room 24/7. The breakfast is very expensive. My stay was not a long one therefore I did not have much interaction with the hotel staff, with the exception of the first day upon checking in. When I checked in I was given a very small room with a small window. When I complained I was told that this the room I reserved. This is not a 5-star hotel as they advertise. The staff is great and very helpful and cordial (with the exception of ABI in the pool area who seemed really bothered to be there) The lobby feels as if you are in a low-cost apartment building. Great hotel with great loaction but I faced a problem with two things. The first, the annoyance of the street because of the cars horns. The second, the housekeeping left my room without any towel. I still would recommend this hotel to my friends.

paid exdia.com in full. for 6nights,but we were charged for extra 3nights.we were told that only 3nights you paid them.the tub was dirty.we were also charged for breakfast,when in my itinerary breakfast was included with accommodation.

Put simply, the location of this hotel is fantastic for seeing and staying in Beirut. It is a 15 minute cab journey which costs approximately 15-20 USD, but once you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome. The language does not seem to be a problem, the staff are clear and understand English French and Arabic, as does the whole nation. Opposite the […] hotel is the sea front which stretches for miles, and is beautiful to walk along or cycle. You can see both the unfortunate desturction from the 2006 war, but also the regenration that is happening. This does not detract from the natural beauty of the city. Cannot comment on the food in the hotel as unfortuantely we did not have breakfast included but there is room service available, but with the number of restuarants and eateries located within easy distance, this should not be a problem. The staff were fantastic and courteous, especially when we had problems in our room with the safe locking us out! Overall if you are travelling to Beirut i would highly reccomend this hotel for first time visitors, taxis to downtown Beirut are cheap and plentiful. If you dont fancy that then the walk along the seafront is equally as beautiful. Overall I would give this hotel 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, or whatever denomination you choose!! Pročitajte više

We had a great stay at this hotel. Lots of eateries, entertainment in walking distance. Took a 5 minute drive to an excellent french seafood restaurant. Ate by the water. The staff at the reception were not friendly. Always make sure and confirm with them if you're going to have a see view room. The hotel location is very good, there are a lot of attractions that you can walk to. Also the view from the swimming pool is very nice.

The hotel wase above my expectation,it was one of the best hotels I've ever experienced. The people at the reciption were so nice and offer me to upgrade my reservation from a double room to a suit for the same price. Every thing was soo clean and the hotel made our stay in Lebanon so wondeful.
