We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel with a view of the water on one side and the football field on the back side. The hotel and amenities including the kitchenette were all 1st class as was the reception we received as they were all very friendly and helpful. The city centre was only a 15 minute walk away. We did find the hotel was a little […] difficult to locate but well worth the brief search. Wifi was free but there is a surcharge for parking in a secure garage. The Residhome was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 2 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer! The hotel was on the Loire River and the beginning of the Nantes-Brest canal. Beautiful views of the area. Grocery store 2 blocks away and only a few more blocks to the old city. This hotel is well situated and each suite has some basic cooking facilities so that if you're a bit fed up with eating out, have laundry that needs doing or just want to chill out a bit, it's fantastic. Close to the Nantes Railway station , on the River Loire and within easy walking distance of city centre. Staff helpful.

Although the hotel is close to downtown, it is situated in an industrial park where there is NOone at night, no stores, or restaurants etc. The bedroom was in a V-shaped and unconfortable. It has a small kitchen but no iron or ironboard. The ventilation in the room was so loud, I could not sleep. tres bel hotel (quasi-neuf), situé idealement derriere la gare sud (5mn a pied). Le sudio etait un peu etroit pour 2 (d'autant que l'hotel est sur plus de 10 etages), et la climatisation bruyante.

Chambres très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent café. A proximité de la gare.

15 Minuten ins Zentrum, aber dioch in einer sehr verlassenen Gegend direkt an der Loire gelegen; neu und noch in sehr gutem, sauberem Zustand

Très bel hotel tout neuf, près du centre ville de Nantes et avec un accès facile pour l'aéroport Nantes Atlantique, accueil parfait, propreté impeccable, kitchenette bien équipée, parking un peu cher toutefois.

Cet hôtel est parfait, mais l'accès dans un secteur routier complexe est extrêmement difficile.

Une horreur .. Moi qui pensais à un séjour romantique quelle déception !! Nous avons changé trois fois de chambres Il faut signaler que nous avions réservé un appartement et qu on nous a logé dans un studio ... Bref surtout éviter l hôtel !

Très bon acceuil, très bon état, il y a tout ce qu'il faut voir plus! rien à redire sur l'hôtel la qualité est là! lit très confortable et grand, salle de bain bien équipée et kitchenette parfaite (même un petit lave vaisselle!!!) bref parfait. Seul défaut, l'accès! pas facil à trouver et entrée non accessible en voiture. Le parking souterrain et payant […] et ne donne pas d'accès direct dans l'hôtel. Bien placé mais il faut tout de même compter une bonne quinzaine de minute à pied du centre. Proche par contre de la gare. Hotel très propre mais la chambre ( pour 2 ) est petite malgré la petite cuisine équipée ( qui est très pratique ). Horaire check in : 15h00 nous étions arrivé à midi et soit disant aucune des chambres ne sont prêtes ( alors que […] l'hotel est immense plus de 100 chambres...) et il vous donne la chambre qu'à partir de cette heure. Pour le chek out : 10h00 ??? exceptionnellement l'hotel nous a accordé jusqu'à 11h30, nous étions préssés de rentrer pour récupérer nos bagages et là, surprise, une autre hotesse nous a autorisé jusqu'à midi en nous disant que c'était très calme....donc question pour la veille concernant le check in ???? Når man ikke er kendt i Nantes er det svært at finde hotellets reception, der ligger på bagsiden af huset. Det burde anføres i hotellets beskrivelse at man skal om bag parkeringshuset for at finde receptionen. Der burde være et stort skilt ved rundkørslen som viser at man kan køre om til receptionen.

J’ai demandé par téléphone un hôtel dans le centre ville avec un restaurant. A mon arrivé j’ai été surpris de découvrir qu’il n’y a pas restaurent le soir. J’ai demandé un plateau repas et j’étais obligé de le chercher moi-même à la réception car on m’a expliqué que c’était le pratique. Je trouve cela très bizarre pour un quatre étoiles ?

C'est un appartement de luxe, avec une décoration de bon goût et axée sur un parfait confort. Il ne manque vraiment rien, tout est étudié pour que nous y soyons bien, la vaisselle, une table roulante pour y prendre les repas, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, une excellente télé, une literie parfaite avec 2 oreillers par personne, un miroir pour se voir […] en pied etc... La seule chose, il n'est pas indiqué de la gare, sur internet il est indiqué 31 quai Malakof, or, il est sur un petit quai piéton, parallèle au quai Malakof? Nous avions des bagages, et il n'y a aucun moyen de transport pour venir de la gare ! Nous y retournerons, nous avons aimé la formule. Pročitajte više

hôtel design, chambre très très confortable avec un niveau d'équipement haut de gamme. La literie n'est pas en reste. La vue sur Nantes est également imprenable, un autre bon point pour cet hôtel

Studio très bien équipé. Il manquait juste un vrai placard pour pouvoir vider sa valise.
