The worst place to visit ..... I am so disappointed with the service .... My embarrassment is they don't have my reservation at all ..... I have wait for 25 minutes then I got a room ..... My second disappointment is when I make a reservation thru Hotel.com I request for queen bed but I was given 2 separate bed .... I ask for a change but they said […] they will change it for me tomorrow if possible but they never arrange one. There is no towel or amenities ..... I have o ak and then they send 1 instead of 2 but only after 45 minutes later. No friendly staff ..... I was so disappointed that I left a day earlier and decide to check in to another hotel ..... I am a hotelier myself .... I will never come to that hotel again ..... I have wrote a letter to the GM ..... Hopefully e receive and reply to me ...... Pročitajte više

Long line at the reception as there was only one person. The shower door does not closed properly as the water goes outside and remain on the floor as the level was not proper. Breakfast was OK.

Room cleanliness OK but maintenance of room very bad, Shower water cannot stop. Basin tap loose . We were told there's WIFI inside room but after several hours till next day trying we could not get connected. Counter staff keeps giving us other password but its useless,(They know the WIFI is faulty but keeps giving excuses). Only at lobby we can access […] WIFI. Rooms are small and you can hear the noise feom the other room.service not acceptable. I pity the security guard as they are lack if staff then the security works as doorman, Maintenance and room service. The place is not a hotel, it's like a motel. The hotel is located in a busy place and people around are scary.

the hotel is in a good location, however it s a bit tricky to find. The main way to enter is through a vendor stall out front selling fake handbags, the entire building is surrounded by vendors and it s hard to locate the entrance because of this. The only reason I picked this hotel was that it was relatively cheap and had free internet in the rooms. Big mistake, out of three days the internet worked for max three hours and no response from the staff. The room smelled and the location was horrible.

the room was very very small, we were in a deluxe room, a standard was even smaller, we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor as the small cupboard that was the wardrobe was difficult to access as it was at the foot of the bed, and the doors, when open made movement impossible! the bathroom likewise was in need of upgrade, although roomy enough, […] was tired & grubby. It is located near to a centralised Masjid Jamek station. However it is not recommended if you are carrying large luggage as there are a few staircases from the station to the hotel.

I've stayed 3 times at this hotel as it's a good price in a good location. It's a budget hotel, but a good one. In the past my only complaint was that the check in was super slow. However this time it was very quick and the hotel staff were very friendly, so they seemed to have improve on that which was appreciated.

The hotel was not the best of my trip. First of all, it is really difficult to get to, especially with large luggage. It is in the middle of Little India's bazaar. The room that I booked on this site said that I was getting a room with a view, but I received a room with no windows. The room itself is kind of old and I questioned the cleanliness. Laundry was advertised to take 12 hours, but it was 2 days before I received it back, and it was pricey. The front desk was also not helpful in giving basic directions, leading me to a post office kilometers away. The room was clean and services was also good. I was surprise that the hotel amanagement allows us to leave luggage at hotel for free although we have checked out. Everything was almost perrfect. However, vehicles cannot stop directly infront of lobby, you have to walk from the back to get the main entrance.

I've stayed twice in this hotel and I will probably stay again because the location is right for me, it's clean, simple and the price is what I am looking for. My only complaint is that the computer system they seem to use to check you in takes about 15 minutes per person. For the budget conscious this hotel can't be beaten. It's a few minutes from RapidKL station and the Central Market, and the room is spacious but a little basic with the amenities - in-room wifi wasn't working during our stay. Now the not so good - our taxi driver had trouble finding it, mostly due to the fact that the front entrance is hidden behind […] a row of market stalls. Once found we were confronted with a flight of stairs which made it difficult especially if one has plenty of luggage. However the security guard was kind enough to lend a hand to bring luggage up and down the stairs. One could appreciate the cultural diversity of Malaysia with the variety of shops, markets and mosques surrounding the hotel. the location is good for the LRT, light rail. But to get a taxi to anywhere, the front desk is fairly reluctant to help. They referred me to call the tour company in the lobby to call for the taxi and again the tour company will only call for taxi that will offer long distance destination such as KLIA, etc.

Easy hotel to find when you have just arrived in Kuala Lumpur. Service was great, and even Security guards on the doors at all times. Room was small and had no window, but was clean. Walls were very thin. Was great that breakfast was included in the deal, but not very nice food.

This is a budget hotel. I wasn't expecting much but I did reserve the most expensive room and it was so disappointing. It was nothing like the photos on the websites. The room was really dirty, towels were not changed unless asked, the carpet stunk and it was so noisy (you can hear people walking through the hall etc) The hotel was also hard to find. […] The taxi drivers found it difficult to locate the hotel. Tip: Write down the telephone number so the taxi drivers can call and get directions. The entrance to the hotel was also difficult to find. There are two entrances to the hotel- one just outside the market (which I don't recommend, there was a huge rat living there) and one where you need to go through the market. My wife and I stayed here over the New Year weekend. The hotel room was poorly maintained and housekeeping service was sub-standard. The toilet was not properly cleaned and had feces stains underneath the toilet seat.
