Nice room. Good breakfast. Long sleep bed.

The City of Dream and the surrounding casinos on the Cotai Strip is growing rapidly and a great place to be in Macau. For the hotel specifically, it is the best among the three in the City of Dreams. Excellant house-keeping service--would replenish drinking water free & clean the room more than once a day. Breakfast is terrific in terms of quality & variety of choices.

The hotel was fully booked and i can only get the room at 5:30pm, there were so many guests need to wait in the reception for the room. They even didnt explain to me where to have the breakfast and what facilities i can use. Just hurry to get you the room only. Moreover, it was my birthday on that day and they have marked it down when i booked the room […] but finally i need to call to the reception myself to ask for the cake. everything make me feel i was gettiing 3 star services only, not typical Grand Hyatt. Our recent stay in Grand Hyatt Macau was our first time, the hotel was really nice and they didn't give us a hard time checking in. The room is really big, and what we like the most was the free coffee machine inside our room (Nespresso machine at the comfort of our room). I would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

I would like stay here again!! Fantastic rooms, fantastic breakfast and very good service. Only experienced the same kind of service in Bangkok and Dubai.

The Hotel has excellent staff and beautiful rooms - Everything is efficient to the last detail. The Rooms are spacious comfortable - Wifi works great Lovely pool Excellent breakfast and Italian food Free transportation accross the city Could'nt be better.

I thought the best Hyatt I had ever stayed at was in Mumbai India, but this one beats all the expectation, just the experience beyond explantion, you have to experience for yourself. and not expensive by Macau standards

１階の中華レストランがとてもおいしいです。 とくにペキンダックはチョーリーズナブルでおすすめです ダンスィング　ウォーターのショウも是非見てもらいたいです。

お正月に夫婦で宿泊しました。 かなりのお気に入りになりました。 場所柄かロビーやフロントなども静かで洗練された雰囲気が漂っていました。 何と言ってもお部屋が最高でした。 コタイ地区だけあって広々としていたし、お風呂なども申し分なく、センスも良かったです。 以前宿泊したベネチアンも広くて豪華で良かったですが 、豪華だが華美になりすぎず本当にセンスのいいお部屋でした。何日でも泊まりたいと思いました。 あと、朝食もさすがな感じで申し分のないホテルでした。

年始にグランドスイートルームに宿泊しました。 部屋は清潔で、広さは二人で広すぎるくらいでした。洗面台も２ボールあり、使い勝手がよかったです。 ネスプレッソマシーンはリラックスタイムにはピッタリでした。 全体的にシックで落ち着けるホテルです。 カジノを併設しているので、カジノをやる方には良いと思います。ほかのホテルやカジノへは、ホテルの無料シャトルバスを使って、移動できます。タクシーでもさほどかかりません。

모든 면에서 그랜드 하이얏호텔 수준에 맞는 좋은 시설과 친절한 서비스.. 와이파이가 어디서나 무료로 되는 것도 맘에 들고. 그런데 손님과 호텔 안에서 점심식사를 하려고 했더니 라운지(주로 음료를 파는 곳) 외에는 점심 때 문을 연 레스토랑이 하나도 없더군요.. 옆에 붙은 COD에 있는 식당을 이용하란 얘긴지? 이 점은 다소 의아했음.

非常にモダンで、洗練されたホテルでした。フロントの方の英語が少し聞き取りずらかったですが、チェックインもスムーズでした。 部屋はデラックススイートでしたが、バスルームがバスタブとシャワーが同じ場所にあり（わかりやすく言うと、日本式のお風呂です）とても使いやすかったです。 リビングの窓からは、ハードロックホテル、クラウンタワーも見え、素敵な景色でしたが、ベッドルーム側は、空港や開発中？の空き地しか見えず、少々寂しい感じがしました。 city of dreams内にあったので、シアターでの無料のショーを見たり、ベネチアンなどへのバスもあったので、周辺施設へのアクセスもよかったです。 ただ、施設内の冷房がかなりきつく、上着を持っていた方がいいと思います。部屋はエアコンの調節ができたので問題ないです […] 。 朝食も非常に美味しく、サービングもスマートでした。ホテル内にある中華レストランも、変わった料理が多かったものの、そんなに高くなかったし、美味しかったです。ただ、先に記したように、冷房がきついので、料理が冷めやすかったのが残念でした。 それと、スイミングプールがとても良かったので、お天気がよければ、おすすめします。 他の宿泊客はどちらかというと欧米人が目立ちました。静かに大人の時間を過ごしたいという方には非常におすすめのホテルだと思います。 Pročitajte više

Most of the hotel staff did not smile or make any greetings. We were glad that our room was upgraded to suite. The room was spacious and the amenities were good. However, It is very difficult to travel to other areas from the hotel. There was no taxi around and the shuttle bus had long queue. There was very few restaurants choice for us. スタッフの動きがきびきびしていて気持ちよく、エントランスの落ち着きと花などのインテリアの調和に心が和む。ホテルのアクセスにはタクシーが必須となるが、離れている分ゆっくりと滞在できる。 レストランやルームサービスの料理やワインも満足できるレベル。

I must say that the concierge staff was outstanding to look after guests' any requests. Also the house keeping staff was very quick & efficient to deal with the guests' needs. まず、静かなで高い吹き抜けが気持ちの良いロビーフロアーが素晴らしい。そして朝食の美味しさも観劇でした。 2度目の滞在になりますが、何度でも泊りたいほてるです。

客室700以上でカジノがありますが、ホテル全体的に意外に静かで、落ち着いて過ごす事ができました。キレイですし、インターネットも無料で使え、本格的なお茶やコーヒーが無料で飲めるのでとても快適でした。 また泊まりたいホテルの一つです。
