the hotel is nice. although it looks like they have limited personnel during the night. 1 have to call a few times at the hotel lobby before someone picks up. and they couldn't even send the request to my room because the receptionist said he is alone. for a big enough hotel it is quite unexpected to get that response.

I booked a room here to celebrate my partner's birthday. I was looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD and opted for a quiet and tranquil spot and that was exactlyI got. Tucked away in the outskirts of Yishun, there were very few buildings around,a rarity in Singapore. I ahd enquired with staffe arlier if I was allowed to get a cake […] and some balloons to surprise my partner, they were quiet sticky but eventuallyr elented as long as it was not a party or noisy affair. Upon checking in, we were told the room did not come with a DVD player and we would have to rent one. That was fine but we had to carry it up ourselves and fix it which was alittle cumbersome given that our hands were already full. The room did not disappoint,. It was huge and had a spectacular view oevrlooking the golf resort. It was quiet, and there was a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The TV was huge and so were the beds and they were very comfortable too. The linen was fresh smelling and the toilet was huge and very clean. We did not explore the rest fo the place but there was a supermarket within the vicinity which is convenient and tehre were a few restaurants as well though we did not dine in them. "Far from City Centre"
Rooms are quite big and good for families with children. However, quite far away from City Centre, so on top of the room rate, you also need to spend certain amount on taxi fares if you in and out by taxi. Hotel got shuttle to nearest tube station.

Had a very enjoyable stay here at the beginning of may ...the weather was the only thing i would have changed twas sooo humid and hot especially for irish pale skins !!! was travelling with my 2 young daughters ( 3 yrs and 6months old) and found the staff increadiably friendly and helpful towards me , hotel is easily the most toddler friendly ive been […] to . t has even kiddies changing rooms n showers beside the pools ! dont get breakfast included in your stay - just go 2 d vanda terrace in d morn and get whatever u want yourself . loved this hotel as im a keen sportswoman and its away from the hustle n bustle of the city if thats what u want - you will not be disappointed..
