Do not book the Mactan garden suite, it looks out over slums, book the seaview, but make sure they give you a sea view! Superb room although bedroom a/c poor. I recently stayed in this ghotel and both the general service attitude and the quality of service left a lot to be desired. On check-in we went to eat dinner in the buffet restaurant only to find that for 5 minutes we would not be admitted unless we produced some sort of meal token. The stay there was a mixed bag of highs and lows. Arriving at the hotel at 2pm we found that our room was not prepared. We had to wait till 3 for the room to be ready. The 'free' wifi was very bad and I was hardly able to use it for the duration of my stay. Everything inside are nice expect the hotel location is not so good. There are shops outside the hotel but the road is too bad which you don't want to step on it. It is far away from airport which you have to take 30 mins for taxi. 95% of the guests are Korean with Korean Shop outside which you will feel like going to Korea!

Overall this hotel meets the 4.5 star rating and staff are friendly. they are very family friendly offering a kids club and a large children's pool with many beach chairs by the pool where parents can relax and watch their children play. 韓国人が多くてやかましいと書かれた口コミが多いようですが私たちはさほど影響されませんでした。 それよりプールが充実していて子供連れには良いホテルだと思いました。 プールから海へ出れますがビーチはなく階段で降りて海に入る形状でした。 それでも海はとても綺麗ですぐそばでお魚が泳いでいるのが見えました。 プールバーのスタッフもフレンドリーですぐに仲良くなれました。 空港でのピックアップは無料の口コミもありましたが私たちは３００ペソ精算時に払いました。 ホテル内のスパは日本よりは安かったです。

한국사람이 너무 많아서 한국같았던 점만 빼면 너무 즐거웠습니당^^ 친절한 리셉션직원들과 워터파크의 라이프가드들까지 너무 즐거웠네요 특히 임팰비치에서의 스노쿨링이 호핑투어와는 다른 새로운 느낌이었습니다. 산호가 많지 않아 모래위에 있는 물고기지만, 호핑처럼 빵도 제공해주시오 깊은 바다까지 스노쿨이 가능해서 재밌었습니다!!! 객실은 냉장고 고장이 많다는 후기를 보고 걱정했는데 시원하지는 않지만, 별 다른 문제점은 없었습니다. 다음에는 오션뷰쪽으로 숙박해볼 예정입니다.

명성대로 한국인들이 엄청 많은 호텔이었습니다. 시설은 불편한 건 없었지만, 세면대와 욕조의 배수 상태가 나빠 불편했었습니다. garden view는 주변의 닭울음 소리때문에 좀 신경쓰이기 때문에 예민한 분들께는 적당하지 않으이라 생각됩니다. garden view는 절대 garden view가 아니라는 것. 스노클 장비는 대여해주지만 개인용을 지참하는 것이 위생상 좋을 듯 합니다. 비치는 빈약하지만 썰물때 약간 외각으로 나가면 이쁘장한 열대어를 보기에 충분한 사이트입니다.

가족과 이틀 정도를 보내기엔 무난한 곳인듯. 한국의 대형워터파크를 상상하면 조금 실망하실 듯.슬라이드는 3개가 있는데 애들에 따라 무서워할 수도 있어 결국 야외 대형 수영장 2곳(레이지 풀 포함)에서 대부분의 시간 보냄. 하지만 해변이 붙어있어 간단한 스노쿨링 체험 가능(단, 스노쿨링 할 거면 미리 준비할 것-너무 낡고 곰팡이도 보여 사용하길 권고 안함).음식은 패밀리아는 부페식으로 괜찮고, 아미가의 음식도 애들도 좋아하고 양도 많음. 물론 가격은 좀 비싸지만. 중국음식은 깊은 맛을 기대할 순 없지만 그럭저럭. 수영장 바에서 파인애플과 콜라 5잔 같이 파는 콤보1은 바베큐(닭, 돼지,해산물 등 택일) 하나만 곁들이면 4인 […] 식사로 충분, 맛도 상당히 좋음. 한국인들 너무 많은 건 다들 아는 얘기, 일본인, 러시아인 가뭄에 콩 나듯 보이고 모두 한국사람들.직원들도 한국어 조금씩 함. 7박을 머물렀는데 전체적을 괜찮았습니다. 한국인 직원도 있어서 별 어려움 없이 머물렀습니다. 리조트내 워터파크도 놀만했고,. 가족단위였음 더 좋았을것 같네요. 전용비치는 그리 크진 않지만 적당히 물고기도 보이고... 북적거리지가 않아서 놀기가 편했습니다. 음식은 정말 최고인듯... 조식과 석식.. 모두 맛있고 워터파크에서 시켜먹는 간식거리들도 정말 맛있었습니다. 특히 피자! 굿~ 다시 세부를 간다면은 다시 한번 찾을것 같은 리조트였음!

8박 9일의 세부여행 중 마지막 숙박지였던 임펠리조트 현지택시 기사에게 물어본 호텔순위중 두번째로 좋다는 얘기가 실감날 정도로 청결한 객실과 한국 스태프 들이 있어 편안한 여행 이었읍니다.단지 해변 이별로였던것만 빼고는 좋은느낌의 리조트라 생각듭니다. 특히 아이가 발을 다쳐 호텔내에 있는 병원에서 치료를만족스럽게 했던점과 호텔측에서 체크아웃까지연장 해주셔서 (mr.lee) 늦은 항공시간을 여유롭게 호텔에서 누렸던 점이 너무 기억에 남습니다. 임펠 한국매니저 분인 MR. Lee 께 다시한번 감사 인사 드립니다.
