I stay in this hotel about 3 times a year and have never had any problems. This time around the gym wasn't available and the staff wasn't wuite hitting on all cylinders. I am chalking it off as just a bad day and wuill be back. easy access on the airport bus. eat ath the korean restaraunts two blocks away

Hotel is well connected to Incheon international airport via KAL limo service. Staff is very helpful and display welcoming and friendly attitude.

This hotel was very pleasant with a nice view and convenient for Incheon airport as I stayed one night before flying out. The hotel is very clean with a really nice fitness centre, pool and spa for relaxation.

Hotel is very nice. The room price was good, but the incidental charges were very high. $ 20/day internet service, $ 33 for the buffet breakfast, $ 10 for a cup of coffee.

Very modern, plenty of room, comfortable bed and the gym was very nice and large.

I am not very satisfied because all the restaurants have short working time and mostly we depended on a-la-cart menu that does not offer a variety of food. Also, most of the staff have very poor knowledge of English and it was tiring sometimes to have conversation with them.

"Conveniently connected to the airport" means I can walk to it. Imagine my surprise when I found out after booking that it's a $7 shuttle per person to the hotel! We had 7 in our party, so we took a 15 minute taxi ride that was $42 with no stops at other hotels. We used the hotel for our 20 hour layover. We're a family of four and this is one of the few hotels in Incheon that has rooms large enough for all of us to fit comfortably. With two young boys needing to expend some energy in the middle of a long-haul trip, the swimming pool was an invaluable facility which we made good use of. Food and drink for the family proved expensive over 24 hours, but it was worth it.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended. Service and staff were superb. KAL limousine bus now drops you at the door of the hotel, so transferring from the airport is even easier.

The Sheraton Incheon was a perfect choice. Only had a few days in Seoul, and this was very close to airport. The KAL bus service to and from airport is quick, and inexpensive. very comfortable but had problem with shuttle for the frequency from Incheon airport and the driver dropping us about 500 meters away from hotel instead of in front of the hotel. Very inconvenient with large suit cases. Hotel as big and good as you are, I suggest you to provide shuttle service at least with a phone call or regular scheduled time.

I really liked this hotel and I would definitely go back. It’s not very far from the Incheon airport (20-30 min drive) and is easy to get to if you catch a Korean Air shuttle bus, which only costs about 10$.
