Got this room for a good price and it was perfect. I wouldn't eat there due to the expense of the restaurants but a short walk away his a great park, and lots of local restaurants, shopping and bars. The room was quiet, clean, in great shape with a beautiful city view. The hotel is brand new, and extremely clean. I was staying for one-night on a layover from Singapore and the room at the Sheraton was nicer/cleaner than my much more expensive room in Sinagpore. Your web site does not state that the hotel operates a airport shuttle bus. Your web site also states that the Hotel is 5.9 miles from Incheon airport when it is in fact more like 16 miles.

"Sheraton in Incheon, very nice"
I got to the hotel but I took a taxi so it cost a little bit but not insane. I was just staying in Korea for the night because I had a 17 hour layover. The service was great. Everyone that did not speak English quickly found someone who did. They were really polite and helpful. The room was super clean and very nice. The toilet was odd not bad just […] in the shape of a square, the bowl where you sit was a square. Free wi-fi in the lobby for 30 minutes. At checkout they directed me to the shuttle very easily. Das Hotel hat qualitativ einen hohen Standard - insbesondere Zimmerausstattung und Spa-Bereich sind vorbildlich. Ich werde trotzdem dort nicht mehr buchen, da ich es mir als Geschäftsreisender nicht leisten kann, wenn ich um 13:30 Uhr ankomme 90 Minuten in der Lobby zu sitzen, weil angeblich kein Zimmer bezugsfertig ist. Da hilft auch ncihts, dass 15 […] Uhr als Check-in time ausgewiesen ist. Für mich ist das der Dealbraker. Ich bin selbst Hotelier und kann beurteilen, ob bei dieser Zimmerzahl der Fall auftreten kann, dass nach Mittag kein Zimmer bezugsfähig ist. Dies ist ausschließlich die Folge schlechter Organisation. 씨티뷰로 했는데 아주 시설 모두 꺠끗하고 청결하고 좋습니다. 방도 꽤 넓은 편이구요 조식이 살짝 아쉽지만 (종류가 간단합니다. ) 그외에 모두 만족입니다. ^^

当方のミスで＜韓国初全館禁煙＞なるホテルのコンセプトを見落としたことが一つ。最大のミスはロケーションの認識不足でした。国際行事をメインとする新都市で、マンションを買った現地の人の多くは後悔しているとの情報を後に知ったほどソウル市内から遠く、また気温も海風で5度位は低いようです。夏ならまだ良いかもしれませんがソウルに出るには1，5時間ととても不便なところで周囲には人通りさえありませんでした。到着日にさっそく貴社に連絡を取り、翌日ソウル市内に移動した次第です。宿泊料金払い戻し不可の安価なお部屋を取っておいたのですが、3泊分を無駄にしても脱出して良かったと思っています。

"롯뎅호텔취소되길 정말 다행이에요"
이번에 가족여행을 서울!참 좋았던 이유중에 하나로 꼽을 수 있겠습니다. 2박을 롯데잠실에서 하려다 호텔사정으로 취소되어 아쉬웠는데 비행기시간도 그렇고 송도로 하길 잘한것같아요. 인천공항 하고 가까워서 여유롭게움직일 수 있었고 넘 친절했어요 아침도 맛있었구요 담 서울여행때에도 이용하기로했어요.

Have a bus form the airprot to the hotel for 7000 won (yet you have to walk across the road to reach the hotel). Great hotel with great customer service and great room service!

Un cinco o seis estrellas perfecto, lindisimo y lujosisimo, Incheon es MUY lejos de Seoul, sila idea es conocer Seoul o viajar por negocios , esta distante fail, una hora y media o dos horas de Seoul. La zona del hotel es nueva, modernisima y de un altisimo nivel pero no haya nada mas que edificios nuevos, poca gente. el hotel , de los mejores.
Really bad that they would not arrange early check in when you arrive early in the morning. You will be aked to pay extra charges if you want to get into your rome earlier.
