The Ramada Plaza in Antalya was amazing. From beginning to end, my mom and I had an excellent time during our stay. From the amazing view from our room, to sunbathing by the beautiful pool, relaxing in the hammam and being so close to the centre of town. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Favourite hotel in two weeks travelling all around Turkey including Crowne Plaza in Antayla. Wine and nuts and fruit in room unexpectantly was a nice surprise. Upgraded without request. Staff lovely. Buffet best of all hotels stayed at in two weeks.

The hotel location is superb, being near the old town, so you can walk to the restaurants and bars. The breakfasts were outstanding buffets, a large choice of European and American selections. We also (through Wyndom Rewards) got a free upgrade to the executive floor with a balcony that provided ubelieveable views of the harbor. 1. When we arrived at the hotel we decided to have lunch at the poolside restaurant: Indigo Bar. It was unbelievably bad. Frozen steak fries and frozen kofte (or pre-packaged at best). The chicken was equally bad: fatty and unappealing. This leads me to my second con. 2. As a result of the terrible lunch experience, my girlfriend and I started eating […] outside for our meals. One day I decided to grab food outside and bring it to our room. As I approached the hotel the bellboy made me follow him to the front desk. It was there I was confronted by a guy at the front desk named Sercan. He told me I could not bring the food up to my room. When I asked why, he broke out into an unbelievably rude speech about how it was a "five star hotel." I kid you not when I say he spoke to me like I was a child. I was in complete disbelief. I was not the only one. The look on the face of his fellow front desk clerk (a very sweet lady who checked us in) was one of complete horror and embarrassment at the way Mr. Sercan was speaking to me. I have to tell you that both me and my girlfriend work in the hospitality industry here in NYC and we have never heard of any hotel not letting you bring something up to your room. EVER. And anyone who speaks to a guest this way, especially with no provocation whatsoever, has no business being in any industry even remotely related to hospitality. The Ramada Plaza, Antalya, was excellent and we were very glad to have chosen it. It was ideally located, with great views of sea and mountains, and adjacent to a very beautiful park along the coast and through which we walked each day to go to the Old Town. Awesome hotel, and within walking distance of the old city kaleici so it was perfect. The rooms were great, and access to both the outdoor pool and indoor pool, but most of all, they had a platform off the cliffs to the Mediterranean. It wasn't their own sandy beach, most hotels here have this type because they are on the cliffs. Other than that, konyaalti […] pebble beach was just a 15 min taxi ride away if you need it. The best thing was that they gave suhoor in the morning since we were fasting in Ramadan to our room in the morning and it was super delicious! You just have to order the night before. We were there for a port call with the navy and the hotel itself was nice - clean rooms, good space, nice price... We didn't know about the all inclusive deal but someone told us so we went ahead and did that. It was much cheaper than buying drinks and food seperately (but we also drank a lot so it made it worth it.) As for services, the servers were […] friendly and attentive even in the pool area, front desk was not so much. Their internet was slow and hard to get on to in the rooms - it was fast in the lobby. They have ethernet ports in the rooms but did not have any ethernet cable for us to use (I had forgetten mine on the ship). Also, we were charged for minibar usage when we didn't touch them at all. Booked executive room through expedia. There were confusion at check in and got double charged that had to cancel later on. Got executive room, but with no executive lounge service. I think is due to off season and not many guests, executive lounge is not available. We should have been told and not charged for that rate or offered some other discount […] since we already paid via expedia. Area is good, but there are many other hotels around also. Ramada Plaza Antalya is a great hotel. The location is quite convenient and the prices are reasonable for a 5* hotel. The rooms are amazing, as it is a new hotel everything is brand new and barely used, The beds are massive and so comfortable and I had a great stay here. Whenever I am in Antalya now i will only stay here.

Jeg er MEGET tilfreds med Ramada Plaza.Personalet var super flinke. Indvendig var lækkert og poolområde og adgang til havet var lavet på en kreativ og fin måde. Solsenge ved poolen var rigtige madrasser, så god komfort. Dog skal man ikke vælge dette hotel hvis man er gangbesværet eller har små børn - der er mange trapper og badning i havet er uden strand, […] så det kan være lidt voldsomt, hvis det blæser. Spa-afdeling og fitnesscenter var helt i top, og der var aircon.Vi blev lidt overraskede over hotellets beliggenhed - at det ligger klods op af masser af andet byggeri, tager desværre en del af den udsigt, man tror man får ved et værelse med balkon og havudsigt. Vi var dog mere end heldige og blev op-graderet som 'honeymoon-couple', så vi fik en bryllups-suite på 10. etage med fuld udsigt over bugten og de flotte bjerge på den anden side. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette hotel, hvis man søger et by-hotel tæt på Antalyas gamle bydel, tæt på lufthavnen og i gå-afstand til en lækker shopping-by. Ydermere er det værd at overveje deres all-inclusive koncept - dette indeholder alle drikkevarer og mad, snacks osv. Og det var super lækker mad!! Hotels.com undersøgte dette for os, og efter aftale med dem, købte vi det direkte ved hotellet ved ind-checkning. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang, jeg har været på Ramada - jeg vil dog bare huske at bestille et værelse så højt oppe og langt ude mod havet som muligt for at få den bedste udsigt uden at skulle kigge ind i for mange bygninger. - Exzellentes Zimmer mit einem sehr großen Geschenkpaket (Weinflasche, Dessert, Obst) erhalten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Fussballstadions. Der Blick aufm Meer ist einfach grandios. Ich kann das Hotel einfach weiterempfehlen.

Vi er kjempe godt fornøyd med vårt opphold på dette flotte hotellet. Vi ble til og med overrasket med vin og frukt på rommet. Kjempe god service, sentral beliggenhet og veldig fine bademuligheter. Dette hotellet fortjener 5 stjerner!!!

Ble oppgradert ved ankomst til executive floor i 10 etasje med utsikt over havet og byen, muligens pga av at vi skulle ha ett opphold over en uke (?). Flott hotell, men for dårlig service når man ikke fyller opp med vann, tar kopper og glass fra rommet uten å erstatte. Selv etter mye masing fikk vi ikke nye glass.

Very good hotel. Good location ( 10min by walk to city center ). Room was quite big and clean. Quiet hotel, we spent 11 days there and all was good. Nice swimming pool. Hotel was modern and there was feeling of new everywhere. Facilities like hotel restaurants, pool and entry to ocean were luxurious and it was easy to enjoy relaxed atmosphere. Hotellet er rigtig godt gennemført, her tænker jeg på faciviteterne fx fra værelse til bade- fitnessområde her skulle man ikke gennem andre lokaler for at komme dertil bare med elevator i sin badekåbe. Beliggenhed: tæt på den gamle bydel med de hyggelige gader og heller ikke langt fra centrum, kunne godt tænke os at komme der igen lidt længere hen på […] året, da vi var det var alt ved at blive gjort klar til foråret og den nye season. Hotellet virkede som de var godt bemannede ikke svært at få fat på nogen. Rengørring og standdard var helt i top hotellet var virkelig pænt lavet der var kræset om detaljerne og de var rigtig pænt gennemført. Det første man får inntrykk av i det man entrer lobbyen er at dette er et veldig eksklusivt hotell. Og bedre blir det når man får se rommet. Etter alt å bedømme så er alle rommene i luksusklassen. Man har balkong med genial utsikt over hele strandlinjen i Antalya. Det eneste minuset, som kommer til å bli ett pluss senere, er utbyggingene som pågår.

Het hotel is schitterend. Allee zijn ze nog druk bezig. Buiten is nog niets klaar. Geen zwembad, geen restaurant met buitren terras. Dus kun je niet buiten ontbijten, lunchen of dineren. Verder erg mooi en luxe verblijf. Moest wel haast iedere dag bellen voor koffie kopjes en koffie. Dit terwijl er wel een watrekoker aanwezig was.

Et luksushotell som dekker alle behov når det står helt ferdig. Flott beliggenhet i forhold til sjø/shopping. Nær gamlebyen som er et koselig sted for en spasertur. Enormt flott frokostbuffe; De ansatte fikk oss alle til å føle oss spesielt godt ivaretatt. Smilende og høflig betjening. Veldig flotte rom.
