Hotel was good value for money. Food menu could had more selection of foods for westerners. no facilities for young children to play besides the swimming pool in the hotel.

Deli shop stuff is realy good at service, receptionists also not bad. One little mistake I found that they charge in my bill which is I never used. How ever they cancel later.

real good value, very friendly and super helpful staff. Great breakfasts. No room service as such but they have a deli that will deliver snacks to your room. Only criticism is music TOO LOUD at breakfast, techno is fine in the bar in the evening but not at 8am!

I've visited Abu Dhabi many times but this was my first stay at the Centro. I was on a short layover and the location was very handy to the airport. The room was perfect for my stay and very comfortable. The staff was helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely stay again...

A high quality hotel with amazing value for money. Rooms of adequate size, with modern and nice design; good pool, nice gym, very good service. If you're not looking for high luxury - you will not be missing anything here - and you have a very stylish and pleasant stay!

I live in the UAE but stayed here after a late arrival at AUH, rather than make a long drive at night. The hotel is 15-min drive from the airport, in a complex of 6 hotels. The room is probably very similar to the other new hotels around, just small and efficient, but stylish. Appreciated the free in-room wifi, bottles of water, hot water pot with Nescafe […] and tea, and free parking; often you pay for these in pricier places. At check-in was offered half-price on the breakfast buffet, which was nice as a treat. An especially thrifty traveler could get breakfast for 5 AED in the nearby IKEA via public bus (not during Ramadan). Room also had a small menu for 24-hour delivery, prices looked reasonable. Whole place very quiet, staff all very pleasant and helpful, pool and gym (unstaffed) are also pretty. With no Yas Island events on, the whole area was really spookily quiet, empty roads etc. Will definitely stay here again in similar circumstances, and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi who wants a nice clean quiet lower-cost place to stay, especially for the Yas Island attractions. One note if you are driving: I am glad I looked at the map, because even though you can practically see the hotel from the airport and I knew how I OUGHT to be able to get there, as is typical in the UAE, the route is convoluted, roads in between are still under construction and signage is inconsistent. Comfortable hotel. Room was clean and sufficiently equipped. Comfortable bed. Free WiFi. Food was average but not bad. Very stylish and nice new hotel! Great rooms, pool, gym, service! If you will need to be staying around Yas island and nearby locations, it is an amazing choice. Else, it is 20-30 minutes away from downtown Abu Dhabi - not an expensive taxi ride though - 10Euros or so each way.

Conveniently located near the hotel (but also not too far from the city center), this hotel is part of a complex with lots of great restaurants. My room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I'll definitely return.

I enjoyed the hotel. Staff were absolutely nice and polite especially the egyptian gentelman on the reception (AMRO). I woul like to go back to the same hotel.. You should have your car witgh you, so transport becomes easy..

The hotel was the best while our stay in Emirates and Oman. It was clean, comfortable, modern and the staff were very good. Internet access was included in the price, and the rate was very reasonable. It is far from Abu Dhabi but we had a hired car so it was not a problem to go to Abu Dhabi.

I stayed next door at The Rotana last year and was delighted with it but this time The Centro was much better value. The only thing it lacks is room service but everything else was great and the staff bend backwards to help you.Go next door to Rangoli (in The Rotana) for a brilliant curry!

We had a 22 hour layover arriving in the middle of the night & needed to have a sleep, shower & breakfast. This hotel was close to the airport and only cost about AED20 to get to by taxi. We went into town after checking out at 12noon & the concierge was happy to store our overnight bags until we needed to head back to the airport that evening. Normally the cheapest hotel in the YAS Plaza and as such it lacks some of the normal services you expect but most likely don't use. There is no room service - you can order from the Rotunda hotel and pay a 10 aed delivery charge. The rooms are too cold. There is no help with bags, valet service is very slow and housekeeping takes a very long time to respond to your needs. Other than that, the hotel restaurant serves very good foot and they are quick and accommodating.

The hotel is new and very clean however there were many problems with my stay. The valet service is poor, they don't help with bags, the rooms don't have any perks and the rooms are very cold.
