Have stayed there a few times this month but unfortunately on each stay, reception has been over stretched checking in and or checking out. Staff are their to tell you to wait or watch the queues but not to man the desk. Will vote with my feet this weekend. The Blue Grill is over rated, over priced for what it is. I use this Hotel regularly and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. It is my preference of the 5 Hotels on Yas and much cheaper than Hotels in Abu Dhabi. If you do get time for a round of golf the Yas Links course is a superb Links course!

Lovely hotel, large comfortable room. I arrived late and the only place to get food in the hotel was the bar, it was too smokey, so I had to resort to room service.

Stay was fine at the hotel but far from shopping centres. taxi drivers are very misleading. Can not be trusted. Initial contact with the receptionist was very bad. The hotel was very nice the rooms were clean and of a high standard.We overlooked the pool area. The bars and restaurants were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel as a stop over for any events on the island.

Especially if you're busy in the Yas Marina area, this is a super deal. Not so convenient if you need to be in the city. Free Wifi!

We booked the hotel as we were attending a concert at the Yas Marina, so we picked a hotel based on location rather than anything else. Have to say was pleasantly surprised from the off. The guy at the desk was very helpful, giving us vouchers for discounts in the restaurant and bar, explaining about packages they do for future concerts (we missed it […] this time) and so on. The service continued like this throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was very good, the drinks were cheap (for UAE) and we were very pleased with the whole experience. As a major hotel chain located within the prestigious Yas Island locale, the property did not live up to its reputation. Room cleaning and service was poor, with the basic bed making. Waste bins, bathroom and overall room hygiene could have been much better. Mini Bar re-stocking was not done. The rooms have a balcony, with a sliding door that requires […] a science degree to open. Could not close the door half the time, the noise from the aircraft taking off from Abu Dhabi Airport could be heard. For a relatively new hotel, efforts to maintain the exterior of the building are non-existent. Balcony which has a glass & aluminium railing is not cleaned, and this is reflected to other sections of the hotel, where staff seem to be more pre-occupied with standing around. The ground floor restroom which serves all the restaurants, needs some attention, with regular cleaning. The roster seems to say that it is done every 15 minutes but I never saw a single cleaner in the 4 times I used the facility. This is a new hotel. The rooms and the facilities are quite nice. However, the service is unbelievably bad. They simply don't have enough trained staff. The staff huddle together and talk instead of serving the guests. Overall it was a rather poor experience.

Excellent hottel, excellent service, spotlessly clean. The only issue is the location. Although convenient for the Yas Marina Circuit, taxi drivers don't want to take you there from the hotel. You would be better travelling from Dubai.

This is an excellent hotel on Yas Island. I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza across the road and this hotel is a little better. I entertained a customer at the Blue Grill steakhouse and the food was outstanding. The service is excellent. The location is convenient to my customer's offices, so I will probably stay here or at the Crowne Plaza, depending […] on the rates. the only complaint I have is that the breakfast buffet is not very good, especially considering it was not included in the rate and I ended up paying almost $30 for it - not worth it. THe worst is I told them my room number when I stopped at the hostess table and she did not mention that my breakfast was not included, only checked a litttle box and sat me down at my table. We stayed for the 2010 Abu Dhabi F1 race. Location was fantastic - just cross the road and you are at the circuit. Staff at the hotel could not have been more friendly or helpful. Would definately stay there again.

展示会にあわせて滞在しました。市内の会場まではシャトルバスがありましたから不便はなかったですが、大体アブダビの中心街までは30-45分掛かります。空港からは非常に近いです。YASアイランドが目的でなけばこの点は注意が必要です。YASアイランドのホテルはこの地域に集中しているのと、このホテルの中にも４つのレストランがあり、食事には困りません。新しいホテルという事もあり、部屋は非常に広くて快適でした。朝食とインターネットが含まれているので（他のホテルは含まれていないケースが多いので）お得感が非常に高いです。

Hotellet er pent, nytt og deilig minimalistisk, men litt mye preget av danskebåten. Frokost servering som ikke er opp lenge nok, ekspedisjon på løpende bånd. Vi ble lurt av taxisjåføren som ikke brukte tunnelen men kjørte omvei til hotellet og tok mer enn dobbelt pris. Fluffy magsin på rommet som anbefalte det nye nasjonalmuset, på Zadiat Island. Ingen […] i hotellets resepsjon/informasjon fortalte at bildet var en animasjon, at museet ikke var bygget og at det som ble åpnet av den enegelske dronningen var en modell av prosjektet!! Fluffy var også anbefalingen av shuttle bus som var fra 1970 og brukte en time til byen Abu Dhabi. 20 i intensjoner men litt mye mangel i gjennomføring. Det holder ikke at det er 10 personer i lobbyen som vil bære kofferten, smile og si hei og velkommen.
