When it first opened I'm sure the residence looked wonderful. Now it is on the downgrade. The pool villa looked lovely, even though as a couple you need to book a 2 bed villa to get anything of a decent size. The pool was great, the roof dining area good and the villa was quite big. The kitchen lacked strainers, cooking utensils essential in a self […] catering villa though. The red room restaurant tried to cater for us and the staff there were lovely. The place itself was small and not all that inviting. As vegetarians there was also not much though put into the breakfast buffet. The fitness room was hot, small but adequate. The staff on front reception were not very good. They struggled with English, never really smiled and couldn't get most things we wanted done efficiently. Cleaning of the room was not done very thoroughly also. So in conclusion, he residence was a reasonable plac to stay but they certainly don't go that extra mile to make your stay memorable. Great concept and I would generally agree with all the reviews ive seen - management wasnt great though. We had no water one night; I would have minimally expected the offer of using another shower or moving us. Not organised when we checked out and therefore were delayed in leaving. I'll stay here again! So relaxing!!!! Stayed in 3-bedroom villa with private pool and own parking, it was excellent. The pool was bigger than expected. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Really everything goes well, especially we like the private pool to play with kids. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Transfer to Tesco is convenient. Just except one important issue: Both washrooms smell badly that we need to finish whatever we need to do as quick as possible. Maybe it only happened in the villa we stayed...

今回贅沢旅行をしようと思い、プーケットのホテルを散々吟味して最終的にこちらに決めました。 結果、すごく満足でした！ villaは写真の通りでとても清潔に保たれていて、プールも葉っぱひとつ浮いてませんでした。 ただ一つ残念だったのは、停電して2時間程ブレーカーが落ちた状態だったのと、シャワーしか無くてバスタブに入れなかったことです。バスタブの写真を見て一番期待していたとこだったのでちょっと残念でしたが、ホテルの方に聞いたらvilla毎にちょっとずつ造りが違うという事です。 でも、そんな事なんてどうでも良くなるくらい快適に過ごすことができて至福の時間でした～！ 心配していた蚊などの虫類ですが、一切いなかったです。夜になるとヤモリが結構いましたが、窓閉めておけば問題ないです。 場所もネットで見た感 […] じだと閑散とした場所で始めは不安でしたが、少し散歩がてら歩けばすぐに賑やかなビーチロードに出ます。 最寄りのビーチやスーパーのロータスまで無料シャトルも出ているので、有効活用するといいと思います。 ホテルにあるレストランからルームサービスができるのですが、値段もレストランと同じ（？）で3品頼んでも650バーツとかで済んだので、ここのvillaに滞在している間はほとんどルームサービスで済ましちゃいました。 どれも美味でしたよ～。 あとは日本人がいなかったのも高得点ですね！ほとんどが欧米系の方でした。 スパもすごく良かったです。 Pročitajte više

ちょっといただけません！まず到着して風呂に入ろうとするとお湯が出ませんでした。エンジニアの方を呼んで見てもらいましたが治らず、部屋も交換を希望してようやく変えてもらいました。代わった部屋ではお湯は出るものの今度はエアコンの効きが悪く、とても快適とは言い難いものでした。・・・・・次の日には直してもらいましたが・・・・チェックアウト時にはバスローブが見当たらないと足止めをくらいわざわざ見に行くと見つけたあとらしく無駄足・・・ちょっと対応に不満が残りました。　　　このホテルを選ぶ方はホテルでゆっくり本を読みながら過ごしたい方や、隠れ家的な目的で利用する方には周りの影響を受けずに申し分ないと思われます。　ロケーションを考えた選択をすべきでした。
