Hotel overall was very nice. I would definately stay there again. Rooms were nice except some stains on the carpets bothered me. No complaints at all. The room and staff were great. I had a little trouble getting the temperature adjusted to my liking in the room. Otherwise, this place was awesome!

Hotel, very nice, location long way from centre and right on a construction site. Building work ongoing from 7am till 8am every day. Unable to use balcony due to noise. Also need to be clear on in hotel details mostly Russians staying in the hotel.

My all raitings are about the Standard room which is located on the 8th floor. Actually my room was hot at the hotel side and according my voucher my room should be LANAI room but i feel good myself in the hotel room which they show me as second, then i didnt push them to change it to LANAI room. But when i arrived to hotel, they gave me a room on […] 10th floor and this room has no relation what i bought from the expedia website. It was very old, bad looking, dirty and also has some humidity smells, but according my complaint they change it with room which is located on 8th floor. the lady at reception asked us to wait for the room and said we will be upgraded, when we got the room there was no upgrade but it was fine as we early anyway for check in and the view we had was also nice. beside this the stay was very good and all staff are friendly and helpful. many thanks to "Noh" at the tours desk for the great help

the resort almost exceed my expectation, beautiful spa with kind therapist, nice spending the afternoon in the beach and have a wonderful drink at beach bar,,, just do better maintenance and hygienic issues will be perfect! it brings comfort atmosphere for wholely relaxation

for the money I spent I found the room to be very small. I upgraded to a larger room and I was very disappointed. the rest of the hotel was fine but it was a walk to any rest.

Generally good, a nice spot to stay in pattaya away from the main road in central pattaya. Best bit was the beach bar and ample room to lounge around. Key gripe was the fact they kept running out of simple things like diet coke or fizzy water. Beware of staying here if it's going to be rainy - the hotel is very reliabt on it's outdoor facilities.

My family of three stayed in this Pullman for 1 night and it was disappointing comparing to 2 other Pullman Hotels we've stayed before. First of all the key cards were not working so I had to go down to the reception desk to get them fixed. We reserved a Deluxe Room with an extra bed and when we finally got in the room, the couch/bed wasn't made at […] all, so we had to wait when our 8-yr-old was so sleepy. Then we were not given the wifi log-in information at check-in and I had to ask for it thru the phone. Worst of all, the slippers looked like they had been used. Hotel is occupied by Russians, they are quiet laud. Hotel room was nice, but not clean and bathroom is not worthy a **** rating. Bathroom has less towels as usual in this class. 下午四點還沒有整理好房間, 沐浴露用完了沒有更換新的, 面巾用完第二天收走後沒有更換新的, 房間內外燈光不足, 電梯只有兩部經常排大隊! 泳池游水到晚上十一點便給"請"走但隔晚十二點還看見有些外國人在游泳! 可惜我們是香港人!

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз и снова остались довольны. Возможно у нас небольшие запросы: комфорт, тишина, чистый пляж - необходимые условия для отдыха - тут они есть. Персонал приветливый, есть отдельный русский ресепшн, где говорят на русском языке для нашего удобства. Отель сравнительно небольшой и народу не много, нет ощущения, что ты в толпе. […] Заселен разными национальностями. Мы бронировали номера типа Ланай-рум - отдельно стоящие 3-х этажные виллы, так там бассейн в которой можно плавать круглосуточно - очень удобно, если провели день в дороге (на экскурсии например и не успел окунуться в море) - очень освежает. Про ресторан ничего не могу сказать, тк мы не бронируем завтраки, а предпочитаем завтракать в номере, обед/ужин - в ресторанчиках поблизости, коих масса и очень низкие цены 700-800 батт на двоих 1-е, 2-е блюдо с напитками. На территории есть свой SPA, по утрам Йога. Территория ухоженная. Но особенно радует пляж: чистый, комфортный, торговцы пробегают быстро - не донимают, ибо там это не приветствуется. Утром мы загорали у бассейна, ходили на море с 16 до 18 на вечерний сансет - народу мало, лежаков хватаем,у бассейна начинают готовить территорию к ужину - украшают - красота! Рекомендую потратить чуть больше денег на отель и взять этот, если не любите громких песен на русском языке, больших скоплений народа и небрежного отношения персонала)) Pročitajte više

상대적으로 가격이 저렴한데도 평가가 높이 나온 이유를 보니, 가격대비 매우 만족스러운 리조트라 생각됩니다. 가격대비라 표현하면, 마치 그가격 수중이라고 생각하지만, 부근 미라지 호텔의 웅장함보다는 아담한 느낌이 붐비지 않는 여유로움을 제공하였다. 대부분의 호텔이 밤시간 조명의 아름다움으로 장식되듯이 이곳도 저녁에 매우 낭만적인 분위기를 연출하며, 수영장 내 Bar는 저녁시간 분위기를 내는데, 충분하다는 느낌이다. 다만 아쉬운건 건물이 오래되었다는건데 이 정도는 큰 문제가 되지 않는다음 점. 위치도 적절, 아주 좋은 시간을 보낸 리조트였음. 다만, 식사는 대부분 외부에서 해서 호텔음식 수준은 평가를 할 수 없다는 것이 좀 […] 아쉬움입니다. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue mer, nous avons été installés dans une chambre avec vue sur le parking et un hotel en construction! 我住三樓露台望到海灘同泳池, 可惜我只游左一陣水, 我同女友就多去行街吃嘢, 所以交通就唔太方便, 接送服務每小時只有一班及需預約, 亦只車到海豚噴水池停車, 希望日後能夠改善, 這酒店比較適合一家大細度假, Pullman整體 給我一種好舒服的感覺, 我同女友都十分喜歡好懷忘這酒店

Habitué de Pattaya, j'avais envie de m'éloigner du centre pour plus de tranquillité. Mission accomplie avec ce bel hôtel, dans un quartier tranquille à partie duquel on rejoint tous les points d'intérêt facilement en taxi. Belles chambres, bon restaurant ! Je reviens ici la prochaine fois !

整體感覺很好很舒適的酒店, 雖然離市中心比較遠了一點點, 但有寧靜的環境及沙灘. 另要求酒店給予有海景的房屋作為慶祝結婚週年紀念, 雖然不是全海景, 但都可以望到不錯旳海景, 最意想不到的是酒店還送上香檳及蛋糕給我們慶祝, 實在令人很開心及難忘^^. 另外酒店員工的服務態度亦好好, 值得推薦的酒店! 比較差小小的是酒店泳池傍的椅子常常爆滿.

한적하면서도 멋진 비치를 지니고 있는 이 리조트는 일단 직원들이 넘 친절했어요. 늘 지켜보면서 필요한 것을 잘 들어주고,서비스를 위해 대기하고 있었답니다. 제 파트너가 다쳐서 병원을 갔는데 차로 안전하게 병원까지 데려다 줬구요.또 응급처치까지 완벽하게 서비스해줘서 정말 다시한번 감사하단 말씀 드리고 싶었답니다. 담번에도 파타야에 가게 된다면 역시나 이 리조트에 묵고 싶은 생각이 굴뚝같네요.
